About this property

Large, comfortable, slope-side home!

Come enjoy truly slope-side access in this large comfortable home that sleeps 12 people!  Simply exit the back door, strap your skis on, and head down the slopes to hop onto the West Wall lift which will allow you to access the main base area with one more ski run. The same lift allows visitors to ski right back to the same door!

After your ski, enjoy some time around the fire or a soak in the outdoor hot tub, all while enjoying the wonderful views is the mountains visible from both inside and out. Also find some time to savor the steam shower / sauna. 

A large and fully equipped kitchen allows visitors to entertain family or friends for meals. You will find all the typical cooking items you need including 2 ovens and a gas stove. Yet you can also have your own private space, with 5 individual bedrooms and four living areas.

While coverage is often good enough to enjoy ski-in/ski-out conditions during the Christmas Holidays, this access is not guaranteed.)

This property contains ample space to park four cars in the driveway. 

No pets or smoking allowed. Please remove shoes upon entering the house. 

Due to HOA restrictions, large gatherings, events, parties or receptions of any kind are not permitted at this property.  Rental groups not to exceed 12 people.  Violation of the 12 person maximum occupancy will result in a fine or potential eviction.

Crested Butte Ski Vacation

13 family members stayed at the property which was very clean and well appointed. The views from the house overlooking the ski area and the mountains beyond were spectacular. The property is ski in/ski out which worked out perfectly since 12 of the 13 were skiers. Would definitely stay at the property again.

AMAZING!! Literally best house on the mountain.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic!! The house was exactly as advertised with all of the necessary amenities for stay. The house was clean, comfortable, unbelievably spacious, and perfect for our group. The location cannot be beat for a ski trip with ski in/ski out location with easy access to the West Wall Lift and then on to the Silver Queen for full mountain access. The hot tub was clean and HOT!! And provides some perfect views of your descent down Banana and Funnel moments earlier. Would absolutely go back to CB, and if I do I sincerely hope this house is available. Thank you so much for and unforgettable trip!

Winter wonderland!!!!

This was a perfect ski vacation in an 5 star vrbo that exceeded our expectations. We where 2 families 10 in total their was ample room for everyone! It is ski in/out down to the West Chair lift which is serviced by a blue ski trail. Most of our group was able to ski in/ out which is a huge bonus. Pick up your skies the day before you plan on skiing. The vrbo has 3 levels each with a washer / Dryer Upstairs. 2 master suites Main huge kitchen 2 large living areas fully stocked large sub zero refrigerator Downstairs teen area 3 bedrooms each with full bath ski room, steam shower and outdoor hot tub None of us wanted to leave We will be back and maybe look at buying this property if it ever comes on the market!
