Each of the 11 master bedrooms offers spacious and elegant accommodations, ensuring a restful and opulent retreat.

Outdoor Living

The villa features expansive outdoor spaces, including covered terraces and balconies that provide spectacular ocean vistas. Guests can enjoy an infinity pool, a large Jacuzzi, a beach bar, a poolside bar, a game room, and more. The minimalist decor combines light, neutral tones with Caribbean-inspired accents, creating a serene and inviting sanctuary.

Main Floor (2nd Floor)

Upon entering Casa De Playa through a majestic glass entrance on the 2nd floor, you’ll be greeted by breathtaking views of the infinity pool and Jacuzzi overlooking the private beach and ocean. This level features comfortable outdoor seating areas, a bar with a TV, and a dining and living space. The professional kitchen and three master bedrooms, each equipped with a king-sized bed, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a walk-in closet, an ensuite bathroom, a terrace or balcony, and a smart TV, are also located on this floor.

Downstairs (1st Floor)

The 1st floor offers direct beach access with two master bedrooms, each featuring luxurious amenities. Guests will also find a sauna, and a half bathroom on this level. The private beach, exclusive to Casa De Playa, is perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or enjoying cocktails from the beach bar.

Upstairs (3rd Floor)

The 3rd floor houses six additional master bedrooms, all designed with ample space and comfort. A game room on this level includes a roulette table, a poker table, a bar area, and a unique U-shaped Arabic sofa set for 12 people.

The nightly rate is based on up to 12 guests. For additional guests, there is a charge of $100 per person per night, which will be added to your booking.

Guests also have access to Cap Cana’s facilities, including Juanillo Beach, Api Beach Club, the marina, Golden Bear Lodge tennis center, paddle tennis courts, Power Fit Studio gym, eco trails, Punta Espada golf course, Los Establos equestrian center, Sanctuary Town, and various restaurants and bars. Villa Staff

Your stay includes the services of a dedicated villa team:

A private chef to prepare all meals (groceries not included)

A butler to assist with services, food, and drinks

A bartender to create a variety of refreshing cocktails (beverages not included)

2-3 maids for daily cleaning, bed making, and towel and linen laundering

Some villa staff reside on the property in dedicated staff quarters. An English-speaking villa manager will be available to assist with all your needs, including transfers, excursions, restaurant reservations, in-house massages, golf bookings, and tickets to events or nightclubs. The villa manager will welcome you upon arrival and remain available throughout your stay.
