The staff was amazing and took good care of us a few things could be improved like the jacuzzi heater and the shower in a few rooms didn’t get hot well they worked when they wanted to except one bedroom which I believe is the master bedroom but other then that everything was excellent

Can't wait to go back

The house is AMAZING! We were a group of 14 and we fit perfectly with 3 of us sleeping in the sofa beds. There is so much room in the house, including the bedrooms, I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it more! The main pool is huge ( there are 2 pools and 2 jacuzzis) and AC in rooms works perfectly. But our favorite part of our trip was the staff! Before arriving, Linda helped us coordinate activities and make sure that our groceries were there when we arrived. The staff (Ricardo, Regina, Pola and Lydia) were exemplary and the icing on top to our trip. Thanks so much!!!
