About this property

The main level of our townhome has beautiful travertine floors and is the perfect place for the whole family to be together and unwind after a day of exploring or soaking up the sun at the beach. It has a modern kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen is stocked with most all of the essential tools/utensils you'll need for cooking and eating at home...just bring the groceries! We also have a Keurig and coffee maker for your morning pick-me-up. Be sure to look in the cute canisters next to the Keurig for a few K-cups and single serve sugar packets to get you started! You'll also find gas grills located throughout our community, one of which is just a few steps from our townhome. Grilling tools can be found in our kitchen for your convenience.

Kick up your feet in the living room and sink into our sofa or loveseat as you enjoy your favorite movie or series on our flat screen, smart TV. This level also has a half bath and an outdoor patio with views of the marina for you to enjoy.

The second level of our townhome is where you will find all 3 bedrooms (smart TV's in each) and 2 full bathrooms. A twin air mattress can be found in the master bedroom for an extra guest. A $20 fee per day (per guest) will apply for each additional guest beyond 6. Please message us for details.

Long Term Stays:
Monthly discount available! Stays longer than 14 days may receive a house cleaning upon request, otherwise guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our townhome using provided cleaning supplies. A starter set of basic toiletries and supplies will be provided.

NOTE: We have a Ring doorbell at the entrance of our townhome that is capable of recording both video and audio for security purposes.

Perfect in every way

This property is the best VRBO experience I have ever had. Not only is the listing with pictures perfectly accurate, but the communication and hospitality of the owner well exceeded our expectations. The property is the cleanest I have ever stayed at, and very well stocked with the little things that you need when staying somewhere (coffee, salt/pepper, dish soap, laundry spa, shampoo etc). I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone, and I would love to stay here again. Also the on site restaurant is wonderful.

Our stay in Merritt Island

We loved the townhouse so much! Impeccably clean and came with so many essentials that made our stay so homey. Erica is a fabulous hostess and very available for advice, tips. The amenities including the pool are outstanding too. The king and queen beds extremely comfortable. Only downside is the 2 twin beds . The beds are a bit small for our 9 and 11 year old boys and creaked a bit. Not securely fastened to the wall. If bigger beds were bought for that room our stay would be an 11/10! Love the decor and everything about this place! Hope to be back!

You need to choose this beauty for your perfect vacation!

This townhome has it all; location, amenities and a marvelous host. The home is immaculate and stocked with everything you need for your stay including fresh baked cookies! The check-in process was easy and everything about the home, the complex and things to do in the area were organized in the homes welcome book. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer!

Island Time Paradise

This property was by far one of the best places we stayed in!! The townhome was immaculate with a “Beachy” decor. It was stocked with everything we needed—towels, tissues, toilet paper, shampoo extra pillows etc. The kitchen was also very well stocked & we cooked our dinner 4 out of the 8 nights we were there. The Marina was our view from the patio/ terrace—so pretty with boats & palm trees! We enjoyed taking walks around the docks. The Tiki Bar & Grill, Dolphins, was next door—a beautiful place right on the canal. We ate there twice & also went for Happy Hour a few times. Also, there were so many breakfast restaurants in the area & we had dinner at Rusty’s & Fishlips, which were right on the water in Port Canaveral—a 10 minute ride. We had a parking space in the driveway, so convenient! The pool & clubhouse was right down the street & it was heated which was great for the cooler weather. Our Host Erika was great at keeping in touch when we needed her. Overall, I can’t say enough good things about our stay at Island Time. We would definitely rent here again!!

Perfect for our Kennedy Space Center visit!

My family loved staying at this lovely, comfy, clean, nicely decorated, and well located place. We would highly recommend it to other families looking for a 3-bedroom in the area.
