You'll find everything you need from chairs, an umbrella, toys and a cooler so you can start enjoying the sun, sand, and water as soon as you arrive.
After enjoying your activities on the beach and Cocoa Beach Pier, you can enjoy the communal heated swimming pool with plenty of deck chairs for quiet relaxing.

The condo provides all the basics including linens, towels, a full kitchen, free parking, free Wi-Fi, smart TVs, washer/dryer, umbrella, chairs, cooler. The kitchen has all the pots/pans/tableware to enjoy home cooking. The living room sofa folds out into a queen bed for extra sleeping space. The living room consisting of the dining table set, the sofa with the queen pull-out bed, and the smart TV. It has a large sliding door that opens to a generous size patio that is next to a huge community courtyard for children playing; the beach access gate; and a short walk to the community pool. The master bedroom consists of a master bathroom with walk-in shower, closet, plenty of drawers, a comfortable king size bed, a smart TV with all the latest features and cables. The second bedroom including a comfortable queen bed, closet, dedicated working desk and chair. The second bathroom is right outside the second bedroom with a walk-in shower. Guests are encouraging to open closets and cabinets to find extra linen, blankets, towels, supplies and kitchen wares to use during the stay. Please put back clean items where you found.

The condo is in the center of the tourist area therefore it is a short distance to all other activities like tennis, golf, windsurfing, jet skiing, paddle boarding or deep-sea fishing expeditions. You can walk along the beach to the Jetti Fishing Pier, or you can sit on the beach a few steps away to watch shuttle launches.
