Update on the dock. August 10th Fishing off the dock is now available,cleaning station was put back in place. We also have added post so you can hook up a hammock so you can relax and enjoy the sun. This Vrbo stay exceeded our expectations! It had plenty of space for our family of five and was incredibly clean. The amenities covered everything we needed—plus thoughtful extras that made it feel special.The location was perfect—just a few minutes’ drive to both the beach and downtown, plus we could easily walk to a brewery, coffee shops, and great dinner spots. The docks right outside were a huge hit—our boys loved fishing, and Im so glad I brought my SUP for a morning paddle. Communication with the host was excellent—checked in to make sure everything was going well, and the check-in process was seamless. Just a heads up: it’s on the 3rd floor with stairs, but access and parking were easy.We’d absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this very spacious rental! Our family of 5 stayed very comfortably and lived all of the extras. From snacks in the kitchen to toiletries in the bathroom, this place was very well stocked. We didn’t cook here but did enjoy the coffee bar and kitchen was very well stocked if we had cooked. This place was awesome! Came by boat from New Smyrna Beach weather was epic! Docked at the slip for the house and had an amazing time! House was stocked with everything you need. Gorgeous sunrises, fantastic hosts

The hosts were very responsive and stocked the house with lots of amenities. The sunrises were worth getting up for! There was plenty to do on the island and the historical district/beaches were a short drive. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing time staying here. Great communication with the property manager and had absolutely everything we might need. It was like a hotel, but way better! Our kids are still asking if we can go back! We may have to make it a regular family vacation spot if they keep it up :)

Beautiful views and wonderful accommodations!

The place was a wonderful place to enjoy a week in beautiful St Augustine. The attention to little details was amazing by our host. The whole trip was great and the location of this place was perfect. We will be spending a good bit of time in St Augustine over the next few years as our daughter is now a student at Flagler College, this will definitely be a place we would stay again.
