Roomy warehouse apartment near downtown

The apartment was just as described - very spacious! The area was quiet as well as attractive, well-maintained and secure. We would definitely return for another Greenville visit.

Overall very nice apt. Loved the mill atmosphere while making everything modern. Keyless entry was challenging at first but was overall easy to use. Apt was clean and stocked. Only issue was the noise factor. We could hear clearly the neighbors TV, everyone talking in the hall and walking by.

Withholding information

The apartment itself was gorgeous and very clean. My frustration with this rental is that the host withheld the check-in information until the last minute and was even late at sending the check-in information. I do not understand why this was necessary and wish the host would have sent the check-in information much earlier.

My apologies, that you desired the access instructions prior to your check in date. The complex policy does not allow us to provide access to property until the day of arrival due to security, privacy and property guidelines. We sent you the instructions and access information several hours prior to your check in time (that morning) with instructions to download the app prior to arrival. Also, when we have guest checking out the same day we mitigate overlapping issues. Again, I am happy you enjoyed the complex and look forward to hosting you again. Cheers! Chelsea

Apartment Living

We were planning to park and walk everywhere as this listing said it was a downtown location. If that is your plan this is not the place. While it is very close to downtown you must still drive down there and find parking where most parking places have a 2-hour limit. The check-in process is not for anyone that is not tech savvy. While I do not believe this is the renter's fault and is the complex' as you need a special app that uses Bluetooth to unlock the doors. Walls are also very thin - again not the renter's fault. If you are not used to apartment living like we are not, then it can be a bit difficult to sleep hearing the neighbors TV and the other tenants slamming the building door at all hours. We did enjoy discovering Greenville as it's a beautiful downtown. The apartment was clean and as we expected besides the above noted. Renter was attentive and responded to any communication sent within a 20 min window.
