Unwind at this relaxing waterfront getaway! This newly renovated home is situated in a tranquil neighborhood on Sykes Creek, just 10 minutes away from Port Canaveral, 15 minutes away from the Cocoa Beach Pier, and about 1 hour from Orlando’s theme parks!



This four bedroom home features one king bed, three queen beds, and two twin beds. Each bedroom is decorated with brand new coastal decor, curating a peaceful environment to relax in.

The three, full bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels.

The living area features an open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped with a blender, electric stove, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, and beautiful granite countertops.



This home has an expansive backyard with a beautiful screened in pool where you can enjoy watching for dolphins and manatees in the river, soak in the beautiful Florida sun, and witness NASA rocket launches. Guests will also have access to a private dock on the river, 2 canoes, an inflatable stand up paddle board, a propane BBQ grill, WiFi, and cable TV. Capable of fitting up to 12 guests, this is the perfect getaway for friends and families!

The Neighborhood:

Merritt Island is located on Florida's largest island, which serves as the home of NASA's Kennedy Space Center. Meet an astronaut, enjoy the automated thrills of the Shuttle Launch Experience and explore other interactive displays.



Wildlife lovers and birdwatchers: be sure to check out nearby Banana River, a 31-mile lagoon with salt marshes, oyster beds and mangrove swamps that are home to dolphins, manatees, blue herons and more.



Getting Around:

Plenty of space for on site parking. Very close to SR528 and SR520 intersections that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly. (Orlando is less than 40 min away)



Uber and Lift are prevalent and efficient in the area as well.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.
