Yankee Boy Townhome is one of Telluride's best-kept secrets. With a grass yard and plenty of natural light, you will find yourself enjoying this home inside and out.

Enter through the front door of this fully remodeled unit and take the stairs down, you will pass the first bedroom which has a Queen bed and tons of natural sunlight. Keep walking down the hallway, and you will enter the second bedroom, which has twin bunk bed over a queen and lends itself to restful nights of peace and quiet. As you start walking up the stairs, continue up past the front door to the main living area and kitchen.

The Living area's south-facing windows provide sunlight all year round and perfect “people-watching.” Sink into the couch and lose yourself in the serenity of the Historic Pacific Street Neighborhood. Walking away from the living area, a few steps north, and you are in the kitchen. Great for making your quick morning coffee before hitting the trails or cooking the whole family dinner. Out of the back of the living area is a lovely little patio with a private sitting area and BBQ grill. As you reach the top of the stairs, you will see the washer and dryer to the left. Turn right, and you are in the master bedroom with a King size bed and vaulted ceilings. The Main bathroom consists of double vanity & steam shower

What a wonderful home! So conveniently located, especially for the Film Festival. A short walk to restaurants, shops, the Gondola!And the house itself is brand new. Comfortable beds, well-outfitted bathrooms. And this is literally the first time I have enjoyed cooking in a rental kitchen.All around fantastic!

Truly fantastic stay!

This property is really beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. The furnishings, linens, interior design was all very high end and very comfortable. Everything was spotless and extremely clean. It is a block from the Main Street with shops and restaurants and about two blocks to the lifts. The views were spectacular of the ski area. The check in and check out process was so easy. I highly recommend and will definitely be staying again at this special property.
