Two bedroom one full bath condo unit sleeps up to 8. Full kitchen is perfect for a quick lunch or preparing a full dinner. Gas fireplace in the living area is a great spot for everyone to gather after a long day on the slopes. Cable TV in the living area WiFi included. North Peak also offers an outdoor heated pool. Ski locker is available for renter use in the lower level along with coin operated washer and dryer. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.
~Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.

Sunday River gold

We had the best stay at this North Peak condo with an ideal location. The condo was perfect for our family of 4, kitchen fully equipped, great bunk room, convenient 1st floor location. Easy ski in and out down to South Ridge. We had a truly memorable weekend of ski fun!

Wonderful Experience

Extremely convenient to lifts. I loved that we see the Chondola from living room window. The condo was very clean & comfortable and Julia was super fast responding to questions. Can’t wait to come back!!

Lovely stay, great location

We had a great time. The location on the hill is superb. The accommodation was as advertised. It’s an older property but it had everything we needed and was nicely appointed. Noting that our only comment is that mattresses could be updated. Regardless, we would 100 percent stay there again. Highly recommended.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay. The unit was clean and exactly what we were expecting. It is very convenient to access the Ski hill. The only "better if' would be a better mattress on the queen bed. Otherwise, I would recommend this unit to a friend/family member.
