Wake up and watch the dolphins at your kitchen table!! You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. The Roth Hotel is located on the intercostal water ways of Treasure Island/ Sunset beach FL. One of the largest docks on the island for viewing the boats and marine life. If you like to fish the fishing off the dock is excellent! This Beautiful one bedroom unit with an efficiency is calling your name. A short walk to the beach- aprox 150 yards.
Boutique hotel experience located in a very quiet neighborhood on Sunset Beach. Right on the intercostal water great for viewing marine life like dolphins and manatees!
Guests have access to the dock, pool, grill area and seating located around the property.
Quaint residential neighborhood. Very quiet and great for walking and exploring! The city of treasure island allows open containers on the beach/ walking around the neighborhood.
The Room is located on the second floor so you must walk up stairs to access. There is no elevator.
