About this property

Come stay at this pet friendly condo located on the 2nd floor at Phoenix on the Bay II. Enjoy the great view on the large balcony that overlooks Terry Cove Bay and the pool area. Spend the day floating along the Lazy River or relaxing by the pool. There is also a small pool for smaller kids to enjoy. After a day in the sun, have a cookout in the large barbecue area and watch the boats come in and out of the marina. The indoor pool and hot tubs offer a warm spot to be in the water while it's cold outside. A state of the art fitness center is available to renters as well.

Phoenix on the Bay II is located about 4 miles from the Wharf which offers excellent shopping, movie theater, entertainment and a great concert venue.

***Parking is purchased upon arrival and cost $55 per car. Reservations longer than 30 days will require an additional parking pass to be purchased for each car every 30 days. Wristbands are required to be worn while on the property.***

*** You are required to bring your own inner tubes for the lazy river!***

*** Small Dogs are Welcome. The complex will require an additional fee of $250 as well with $100 refunded after leash lead is returned. This fee is separate from the pet fee charged on VRBO which is my personal pet fee***

Staying on the Bay is a new experience.

The grounds are first class resort worthy. The condo is very spacious and a short drive to restaurants and shops. The views from the large balcony are wonderful.

Enjoyed this condo!

Booked this condo last minute to take the grandkids before school starts back. Process was easy and the communication on how to access condo and where to go was perfect! We had a pet with us and the condo had a great little dog walk which made the condo on the second floor also a plus. It was clean and was just as pics show. The only thing negative is the coffee pot would cut off before coffee was done. A new coffee pot would be nice. We had a great time and would def rent this condo again!
