Greenhouse Stay With Family - Home for the long Weekend

Greenhouse was an excellent property. Brad, the property manager was super responsive to our needs and special requests. My family would most certainly stay here again when we visit our hometown again in the future. One of the highlights of our stay was the outdoor firepit! Love, Love, Love! Also the secure parking was an added touch. There is ample amount of parking at this parking too! Highly recommend.

There wasn’t enough silverware, only two of each utensil. The floor was very dirty and sticky in some spots. The laundry room was in the basement which seemed really sketchy as well as the locked door that is upstairs with a combination lock on it. There weren’t any hand towels in the kitchen either. We had to wash the plates before using them because they were dirty. The tv in the master bedroom wouldn’t connect to the wifi. But my wife loved the Bluetooth jukebox. And the outdoor section was beautiful.

Best Memphis VRBO

This was a great place but even better home owners. We stayed here with our team competing at Memphis in May BBQ Competition... this was a perfect spot. The neighbors were friendly and the area was safe. It was a nice vintage home with a modern touch of décor. Coming from the west coast it has been a struggle to find a place to stay in Memphis....Not anymore!! Thanks Brad and Ang. for the nice accommodations!

First visit to Memphis

This was my friends & I first time ever visiting Memphis, and Brad was an amazing host and The Greenhouse was the perfect house and in the right location. The house could use a bit more cookware and cooking untensils but that was very minor. It had all the basics to make a good meal. The house is in a central location to everything in the city, basically 15 mins from everything. Just an awesome host & stay!

Why they chose this property

I restore historic Memphis homes for a living and typically sell them after fixing them up. This home was a massive restoration project and I grew so attached to it in the process I couldn't bring myself to let it go! As it started to come together I knew it would be the ideal Memphis short term rental. I feel it has the perfect Memphis charm to it. Funky, historic, yet comfortable and fun! Its location can't be beat since its right between Midtown and Downtown and walking distance to Crosstown.

What makes this property unique

We tried to furnish out our home so it could be cozy enough for a couple to stay in yet also an excellent accommodation for a large group. It has 3 traditional bedrooms with the following setup: Bedroom #1: Queen and desk, Bedroom #2: Two full beds, Bedroom #3: One single bed and a trundle bed (3 singles total). We also have a sunroom upstairs with a pullout loveseat and there is another pullout loveseat in the Arcade room.

Speaking of arcade, we have an authentic Ms. Pac-man and Golden Tee for your enjoyment!

The final touch is our firepit out back with ample firewood provided for your responsible fire. The perfect cap to a long day of sight-seeing or just a cool way to spend time together and make memories.
