The main patio level has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Large patio concrete patio overlooking the lake. Outdoor furniture & large umbrella
Hot tub (set at 104) on front patio. It is serviced after each stay.
2 kayaks provided for your use.
Bring your own life jackets.

NO pull out couch.

Walk to the bottom of the driveway...and you are at the waterfront park called "Willow Point Park".

Our private free standing buoy is in front of park. 200 ft from shore.
Swim in and swim out. NO dock. The closest dock is 2 miles away at the Manson bay marina. Give them a call if you would like to reserve a spot there.
Call us if you have questions about our private buoy.
Launch your boat at Mill Bay boat launch (across from gas station) 10 minutes away. You will pass it on your arrival day.

3 night minimum stay.

No pets. No Tents are allowed on grass.
No outside music past 9:00 pm PLEASE be respectful of neighbors.
No fires 🔥 allowed in fire pit by our guests.
Memorial Day to Labor Day (May to September) there is typically a fire ban during July and August.
The neighbors will call fire department. As they should. Please! NO fires.
No remote control cars on our front patio. They will ruin the stain by creating black marks that don’t come out.

Property has security cameras outside. It also has an alarm system and is monitored by ADT.

Once you step inside you will feel right at home.

Full kitchen with just about everything you need.
(pots, pans, blender, coffee maker, French press, popcorn maker, waffle maker, toaster, variety of spices, air fryer, plates, silverware, wine glasses, plastic glasses, child size dishes, blender, knives, steak knives etc.....( the fridge has an ice maker, but it can be slow, so I encourage you to buy a bag of ice.)

Propane BBQ and a charcoal BBQ
We fill 3 tanks .... if you run out, you can have it refilled or exchange at The Red Apple market in Manson.

You supply your own (napkins, paper plates) foil, zip lock, cling wrap etc...
1 roll of paper towels is provided.
2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom is provided.
Bring your own Beach towels. Do not bring bath towels to the beach.

At the park below you will find playground toys, picnic tables, big trees for plenty of shade, swim area and sandy beach. We have our own private buoy for your boat or jet ski. Closet boat launch is 5 minutes away. Located across from the casino. NO WAKE zone is 300 ft from shore. Harbor Patrol frequents the park, so know the boating and jet ski rules of the lake or the neighbors will call you in.

It is a perfect getaway for any circumstance. However this home is for smaller groups. It only comfortably sleeps 6, HOWEVER, it does have options for larger groups. Reach out to owner to discuss.

Lakeview Drive In in Lake Chelan has great burgers, hot dogs and sandwiches AND milkshakes. (across from Safeway....15 minutes from our house.)

Our favorite time is spring and fall. GORGEOUS! October wineries have "The Crush" and Octoberfest in Leavenworth. The town is not so busy and restaurants are easy to get into.
“Winterfest” is always a family favorite and is held in January.
Snow, ice sculptures, bon fires, sledding etc...
February has chocolates and wine festivities

May and June are golden times to go to Lake Chelan if you want to stay away from crowds. The sun is out, the flowers are in full bloom and the park is typically quiet.
Summer time is different. The park is full July and August.

Help yourself to the backyard picnic table and yard games.
IF there is blueberries on the bushes be sure to grab a handful. Be sure to clean the BBQ after each use and leave it nice for the next guest.

The backyard sprinklers come on 3 times a day.

Beautiful spot and lovely home for our family getaway. Don’t always enjoy mixing with owners, but was told the owner needed to be there to clean the hot tub, and appreciated him showing us the locks.

Great location for family vacation

House was perfect. Washer and dryer were a lifesaver. House was at the end of a quiet road, right across the street from a public park. Kitchen was very spacious. Hosts provided enough laundry detergent/garbage bags/toiletries for our stay. I’d definitely stay again.

This house had everything you could possibly need! Well stocked and brand new feel! I wish I could have brought the beds home with me, so comfy. Even the pillows and bedding were dreamy. Quiet peaceful views! Amazing patio. I just got home and already miss it.

Beautiful Willows Point Home

Overall we had a wonderful min-vacation here! Kecia is a very responsive host! The location was awesome! We walked to the park everyday. The house is gorgeous with nice touches throughout. It was also sparkling clean upon arrival. The kitchen has everything you need and more. The beds were very comfortable. Thanks for the lovely stay!

This is the spot!

Oh wow! I felt right at home. Clean to the hilt! Everything from shampoo to spices in the cupboard. Beach towels and kayaks..although we didn't use theirs as we had our own fun floats. This is the perfect get away. Gorgeous views. Landscaped hot tub ebtry.

Marvelous getaway

My family has been staying at this property for over twenty years, which should tell you something. The owners are extremely kind and conscientious, and have continuously attended to the property with both major and minor changes to improve an already great experience. The house is relaxing, well equipped, clean, organized, and perfectly situated across the street from a grassy lakefront park. Stay here, you'll be happy!

Probably the best rental we have ever stayed at...and, we have stayed at a lot! The relaxing front patio with an amazing view and a hot tub to watch the stars at night was fantastic!! This house is stocked with anything you would ever need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The master bed and bedding was like sleeping on a soft cloud! The design and decor of the home are beautiful. And, the house was spotlessly clean!! It was very nice to have the lakefront park across the street to access the lake easily. If ever in the area again...we will definitely be staying there again!!

Girls getaway!

My friends and I vacationed here to get a littke girls getaway and relaxation. This was such a great spot! Right across from a park with a beautiful swim area. The kitchen was well stocked with the things we all easily forget, which was great! The only downside really was the visit from the "pool maintnance" guy that showed up at 915 to change out the hot tub filter. He brought his service dog as well. Both we're nice. He changed the filter and then fiddled around in the driveway for another 20 mins. This could have waited until our 10am check out time. But that was the end of the weekend so we packed up and left. Thanks for allowing us to use your lovely home. I recommend having any cleaning or maintenance done after the 10am check out time.

Location Can't Be Beat!

This was our second time staying at this fabulous property. The location is perfect. Right across the street from a beautiful lake front park. Not as crowded at downtown Chelan. The owners are very responsive and professional. The house is super cute and comfortable and the view is beautiful. Towels and sheets are soft. A couple of things: the rugs in the master bath need to be replaced. They are out-dated and I (personally) do not like stepping on a shag style rug after a shower. The reason for 4 stars on listing accuracy instead of 5, is because the first year we stayed here the hot tub jets were not working, so we didn't use it. It was still hot, but what's the point without the jets? But, it's a personal preference. This year when we stayed, the owners were not aware that the hot tub was not operating due to some minor needed maintenance - the filters needed flushing. An easy enough fix, but my husband went through the process 3 times and spent a considerable amount of time on his vacation performing maintenance on the hot tub. It was inconvenient. Overall, we would absolutely stay again, but make doubly sure on the functionality of the hot tub prior to check in and renegotiate price if possible if it wasn't working again.

Gorgeous location and a beautiful home!

The proximity to Lake Chelan, literally right across the street, and the lovely public park was a dream! I swam almost the entire time. The home itself is lovely. The deck overlooking the lake was where we ate our meals and it was luxurious. We even saw shooting stars and a moon rise. We had everything we needed in the home and were always comfortable. I went with three of my lifelong girlfriends and dearly hope to return. An absolute gem, this property!

Wonderful house

The house was recently renovated before our stay, with a beautiful kitchen and bathroom. House was clean, and directions were clearly posted throughout the house to remind guests of the wifi password and various other amenities. Being right across from the park was great as well as having a buoy for boats right there was very convenient.

Great location if you are looking for a quiet neighborhood. View from hot tub is beautiful. Lots of stairs on property so not ideal for little ones. Easy access to small playground and willow point park. Steep hillside though and not a lot of sand on this beach access, good for teen age kids, not toddlers. Owners are super sweet, highly recommend for travelers with teens and older :)

Chelan is our local favorite getaway. Only 3-4 hours drive from the big city.
Gorgeous drive. Warmer weather. Slower pace. Over 60 wineries. Great restaurants, great views, great people. If you have not been to Lake Chelan, be sure to check it out. There is something there for the whole family.

Why they chose this property

Both my husband and I have vacationed here our whole lives. This area is full of memories shared by our 2 boys. It is a place to relax, laugh and catch up with family and friends. It's truly one of our favorites. We share our home with other families so they too can make a wonderful memory in such a beautiful place.

What makes this property unique

Not waterfront...but almost!!! Just below the house sits a waterfront park, with swim area, playground, picnic table, BBQ's and sandy beach.
From the front patio and hot tub you can see you have a full 180 gorgeous view of lake.
The lake views, the mountains, the sunsets, the clear water and the smell of apples, grapes and flowers surround you. Private Buoy comes with rental.
