Whitetail Oaks - Charming Farmhouse on 34 Private Acres w/Private Pool
An exquisite, handcrafted home, blending contemporary with warm rustic elegance, in a Hill Country setting on 34 private acres. Relax on the porch in a rocking chair, enjoy snuggling up by the the indoor fireplace, read a book while soaking in the hot tub, or just do nothing at all - this is relaxation at its best!
The open living, kitchen, and dining areas make it convenient for your family and friends to enjoy quality time no matter where they prefer to hang out. The game room was designed with both kids and adults in mind. Enjoy a night of poker around the game table, a competitive game of shuffleboard, or bust one of the good old fashioned family board games. Although the home only has 4 bedrooms, the owners very thoughtfully and strategically created a way for groups as large as 13 guests to enjoy the space together comfortably. The outdoor amenities do not disappoint offering a grill area, outdoor fire pit, and even a disk golf course. And best of all, a brand new swimming pool was just completed!
HEATING POOL: The pool can be heated from October - March. Advance notice is required if you would like to heat the pool. There is an additional charge of $150 per day to cover the propane usage/cost it incurs.
CHECK-IN/OUT TIMES: Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being prepared for your arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly.
SELF CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS: All reservations will be required to sign a rental agreement and provide Hills of Texas Lodging with a valid credit card to be placed on file for their stay. In lieu of charging a damage deposit or non-refundable damage waiver, a temporary hold of $500 will be placed on a credit card upon arrival for incidentals (just like they do at hotels). We are basically just verifying with your financial institution that sufficient funds are available in the event they were needed to cover property damage(s). If there are no property damages, the card will not be charged.
AGE REQUIREMENT: Everyone participating in the reservation must be over age 25 or if accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.
MAX OCCUPANCY: The maximum capacity for this home is 13 guests (including children). No visitors or day guests are allowed. Only the guests registered in this reservation are allowed onsite. If it is discovered that guests are over occupying the property, it will result in eviction.
PET POLICY: Pets are only allowed if they have been registered prior to your arrival. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed and a pet fee of $25.00 per pet, per night will be added to the reservation after approval. Non-registered pets are strictly forbidden and will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit.
