About this property

All bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds and TV's and you will have access to a full kitchen, living room with TV, laundry room and a large backyard. Enjoy fast wifi and streaming services/chromecast on all TV's.

The house sits on a quiet cul-de-sac and has four well appointed bedrooms all with their own TVs, and a nice sized desk and chair (great for working from home). You can cast your own content from your phone onto any of the TVs or smart displays. The house has 2.5 bathrooms with the master having a large private bathroom with a spa tub, and a beautiful shower. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the necessary tools you need for cooking including a stocked spice cabinet. There is a two sided grill out back with both gas and charcoal options.

The house is ten minutes from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and 12-15 min drive from Arizona State University in Tempe and Banner Medical center in downtown Phoenix. If you are visiting the area we highly recommend having a car to get around as you cannot walk to most places and public transportation is not abundant or reliable.

There is a great mountain view from the back yard and you are not too far from hiking trails.

Excellent Communication

Four baseball players in their late 70's in Phoenix for the Mens Senior baseball tournament. The home was just what was needed and central to baseball fields. A bit of difficulty using the newly installed entry code pad, which was quickly and efficiently remedied. Will consider staying here next year.
