Clean and roomy

This is a good property if you need 4 bedrooms. Not fancy but nice and clean. Not too far away from downtown but you will not want to walk it. Neighborhood has seen better days. Proximity to the airport may be convenient but it brings a bit of noise at night.

Clean house, mediocre neighborhood

The house was clean and comfortable for four of us (4 brothers to watch spring training games). The 2nd bathroom was pretty small with no counter space at all. The location was good as far being close to downtown and the freeway. However, not the greatest neighborhood. Did not completely feel safe. Neighbors played music outside and talked loudly until late at night (it was a Saturday). Overall, we did enjoy our stay.
