Villa Jaclyn has been completely remodeled in 2018. Everything is new. New floors, walls, kitchen, bathrooms, appliances and furniture. The heated pool was completed in 2023 and features a sun shelf with loungers where you can enjoy the sunshine. The roof was also replaced in 2023.

This villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, along with a queen pull out couch in the family room. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in another bedroom and the final bedroom features both a full bed and a twin bed. The spacious living and dining area are the heart of this villa. Our kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything a chef needs to enjoy working in the kitchen. The bathrooms are fully equipped.

There are kayaks available for use as well.
This villa is a perfect spot for a couple getaway or a family vacation.

We highly recommended to rent a boat additionally to this house. This is the perfect spot for boaters since you are right on the open water. It's just a quick ride to gain access to little islands and the beautiful islands Captiva or Sanibel. The right boat can optionally be booked in addition to this house and will be handed over to you by an expert boatman on arrival. You will then find out about boat instructions and tips on site. All our boats have powerful engines GPS system with depth measurement and fish-finder function, cool box, cabin and Bluetooth radio. BOATING IN FLORIDA IS ALLOWED WITHOUT A LICENSE !!
