Spend a quiet and relaxing holiday in our beautiful newly decorated home. Enjoy the sun in the heated pool or on the generous terrace overlooking the wide canal. The house has three bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms. The kitchen has all the electrical appliances and accessories to make your vacation as pleasant as possible.

Electric pool and very nice owner and property manager!

We had a wonderful time at this rental and really enjoyed the outdoors. The outdoors was so beautiful and serene, we spent so much time on the lanai. The property manager was so available and came over when we had problems with the Dish tv. We were able to turn up the pool heater and agreed to pay for the cost of heating to 88 degrees. Who wants a chilly pool on vacation? We used the pool every day. The house is very nice and set up beautifully. We wish there were some cleaning products available to us but there was nothing. Renters should always replace what they use, as would we, but there was not one thing to start with. Plenty of towels and sheets but no face cloths were found. Overall, a lovely home and very nice owner.

The house is great. The view from the back is very nice. Considering the recent hurricane the house was in very good condition. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back next year

The home is very nice, the pool and screen area are very nice and very enjoyable to sit and watch the canal area. The fenced back yard is very nice for your pet. Couple of notes. The living room furniture is showing its age. the master could use a bigger bed. and the filtered water spicket doesn't work. we have stayed here several times and have always enjoyed the stay. The host and manager are great people. These notes did not change our enjoyment of the house

We were very happy with the house, the pool, the amenities, etc. The location on a canal in Cape Coral was very good. We had no complaints during our stay. The only thing that left a sour taste was that when leaving we were informed that the rental price did not include electricity, which was $191.00 extra.

***BEWARE***

Look at the bad reviews and take them seriously. I disregarded it because she had some good reviews. But, the host it’s not who she portrays to be. It’s very hard for me to believe that those reviews are real at this point. The pool light wasn’t working from the moment we got there there. We believe it was an electrical issue. I reached out to her. She told me she was going to get it fixed or looked at for our 11 night stay. She never had it checked. She claims to have a property manager who I had reached out to. Still, nothing was ever resolved. There are not 3 king beds, make sure you read the description. There was not a single trash bag, toilet paper or any basic necessities. The kitchen smelled like sewage. I could not give my five-year-old a bath because the drain plug is corroded and would not hold water. When I brought these issues again with the pool light to her attention ask for possibly some compensation if she’s not going to fix it. She got nasty and told me to be more than happy to refund my money and we can move out. At that point, I am taking screen shots of our conversation. Glad I did because after we checked out she is charging me 150 for the electric bill. Which is only supposed to be for damages. I left it cleaner than when we arrived. I’m a small business owner coming from Maine at 42 years old with a broken leg to try to get out from the weather with my son. Save yourself time and energy without having a stressful vacation by booking somewhere else!

Liar for host

The property itself was okay but Melanie, the host is a liar. I rented in January after the hurricane hit the area. When I spoke with her she said there was only minor damage to the trees and the screen around the pool was gone. While driving down I get a call saying the roof was being replaced so the TV dish was down for a short time. Ends up no TV for a month. To make matters worse, when I ask her how to turn the pool heater on, she tells me to go outside to the unit and how to turn it on. Nothing happens and she knew nothing would. The property manager, her mother, told me it hadn't worked for a while because they didn't order a part that was needed. For half the stay, 3 weeks, I couldn't use the pool. And if that wasn't enough, I was going to bring pets and paid the additional charge. When I told her I decided not to bring them she couldn't back out the charges but said she would use them towards the electric bill. After I left I get a charge on my credit card for that bill. This woman is a liar and a fraud. Do not rent from her!!!

Wunderschönes Kanalhaus

Wir haben den dreiwöchigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Im und am Haus fehlte es an nichts. Den beheizten Pool haben wir jeden Tag ausgiebig genutzt. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig, aber dennoch zentral. Vor dem Haus konnten wir jeden Tag Vögel und Hasen beobachten. Entspannung pur!

Het is een prachtig huis mooi gelegen, en alles is aanwezig. Echter werd ons een verwarmd zwembad beloofd, en die verwarming was stuk en dit was ons niet van tevoren gemeld. Dit was heel vervelend want mijn man kon hier door geen gebruik maken van het zwembad, en hadden we niet meer de keuze om te veranderen.

Not what we expected

We rented this property for a week and were very disappointed to say the least. The property manager did nothing to check on us and try to fix the issues. As far as the necessities like toilet paper, dish soap, paper towel, cleaning products, etc. there were absolutely none. The listing details do not say any of this. We contacted the manager Melanie and she told us it was 2 rolls of toilet paper per customer. She also said we would be brought several items that we needed and that never happened. The pool was freezing and bathroom shower tub did not drain. The wash machine does not work, the water pressure is terrible and property needs some upkeep. You also have to pay for electricity and to heat the pool which is also hidden on the website. I do not recommend this property.

This house was very nice. The location was great. It seemed in the description that there were queen size beds. There were 3 full size. Which for us it was fine. If you went a 3 couples it might be an issue. Also be aware of the fee for heating the pool. I am from Upstate NY so was totally unaware of the cost. We turned it on the night of our arrival and turned it off the next morning when we saw the weather was only going to reach70 the whole time we were there. I was surprised that it was $41.00. I hate to think what it would have been if we heated it 24/7 . Overall the house was great.

personal disaster but a nice place

considering I had an emergency removal of my appendix, My wife had Broccius. the stay was good but cut short due to the virus. The house was nice the pool was great and the yard was good except for a gaping hole to the canal. That should be repaired before next season. They already had made arrangements to have it repaired. The property managers were the very nicest people to deal with. The stay would have been fantastic except for personal complications. I highly recommend this property.
