There is a beautiful outdoor living area with an enclosed heated pool, perfect for a relaxing day .
The house is 1750 square feet with an open concept with two living areas and an amazing kitchen. The main bedroom has a king size bed with an en suite bath. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, and bedroom #3 has 2 twin size beds.
There is also a utility room with a full size washer and dryer as well and a two car garage.
Wifi and a high-end cable TV package are also provided.
Located 1/4 mile off of Del Prado, grocery and shopping and restaurants are within walking distance.
Close to beaches, sightseeing, boat rentals, and many tourist attractions.

With only a few years left to retirement we decided to purchase this home and rent it out as a vacation home until we can get here full time. We love Florida and love our new home and want to have it available for you to rent to and make many good memories.
