This newly furnished home has a rustic feel with plenty of space and city access. Right near I-67 you can access the Airforce base to the north and Little Rock to the south. The comfortable mattresses will provide a pleasant sleep. A professional housekeeping and management team will make you have a great stay every time. Be sure to enjoy Pres. Clinton Ave, and visit the Old Mill for a picnic and check out Burns Park. Come see why Sherwood is ranked one of Little Rock’s safest suburb to live!

The space
You will have a private driveway with an large two-garage making this perfect for a long stay. The home is fully equipped to ensure you will have all you need for your visit. This is a two-story home. The upstairs has a huge master, with two additional bedrooms with two bathrooms. The downstairs has a nice living room with another half bathroom. You walk outside to a nice deck that overlooks a huge fenced in yard for your furry friends.

All the amenities are available for a peaceful stay to include:
*All kitchen dishware, appliances and tools needed to cook or entertain on the backyard deck.

Camera Location
The home is equipped with two outside exterior security cameras with audio capability that will be turned on during your stay. One located in the doorbell that overlooks the front door and driveway and the other one is inside the garage facing over head door. The home is equipped with an ADT security alarm located left of the fireplace and smart thermostat. Absolutely no cameras are inside the home or any other area not listed to protect your privacy. Please do not unplug or cover up/tamper with the exterior security cameras at any time.

We own or manage all of these homes ourselves. We believe personal customer service is essential. I know how difficult it is to move to an area that is unfamiliar, and I strive to provide the comfort that our homes are in great and safe areas, that are convenient to all the amenities the area has to offer. I also wanted to make sure all hospitals are within a short commute.

All of the homes are perfectly designed for Vacationers, travel nurses, families waiting to purchase their own homes and military personnel. Each month I have homes coming available, and I strive to make sure everyone that needs a home will have one. I’m always complimented on how nicely furnished these homes are, making it feel like a home away from home!
