This charming pet and family-friendly house is located just blocks away from the State Capitol and some of the country's top hospitals including UAMS, Children's Hospital, Baptist Hospital and St. Vincent Hospital. With easy access to I-630, you are just minutes away from the Clinton Library, Museum of Discovery, Arkansas Arts Museum and Little Rock Zoo.

Accommodations for up to 8 guests depending on reservation. Price based on the numbers of guests. Ideal for business travelers, couples and families. Give your family and friends a touch of home while visiting for special events such as weddings and anniversaries. Special rates available for medical guests and their families.

The J W Rivers House originally built in 1923, was completely renovated on 2022. The original architecture was maintained and modern conveniences were added such as stainless steel appliances, ceramic tile and granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, cable, flat screen TVs, electric fireplace, internet accessibility, and a security system. Other features include central heat and air, an open floor plan, and hardwood floors.

We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing that went wrong we had a lot of nats we couldn't get rid of and the wall picture that hanging up in the stairway, needs to come down because it look scary. Other than that was excellent.

The host was incredible and super accommodating. The home was well equipped and very clean. This is not a reflection of the house, the process, or anything regarding the hot however I feel the location should be disclosed as rather unsafe and honestly not family friendly. The area is quite rough and run down, there were no decent restaurants and the area had zero appeal other than it was near the hospital. While there were heard 2 gun shots which was extremely unnerving
