The Cumberland Magnolia was built in 1886 and is completely renovated to make your stay exquisite. Located in the heart of the SoMa district and is within 2 blocks of restaurants, coffee shops, art galleries, antique stores, gardens and more! .5 miles from the newly renovated Arkansas Arts Center. This house is a perfect location for families attending weddings at the Art Center or for the Bride and her party to get ready for the big day! Excited to share our city and Historic home with you.

From the beautiful front porch to the outdoor sitting area in the back and everything in between. The home is inviting and roomie, and the host has gone out of her way to provide everything that you need for your stay to be perfect. Wow! That's just one word to explain this rental! For one the location was perfect. Walking distance to SoMa with food and shops to explore. Now for the inside. I have pretty high standards. Coming from a veteran husband, we like clean. We could walk barefoot and the floors felt exceptionally clean. The decor was beautifully done. The owner did not miss a beat on anything. I will be staying here again!
