This charming pet and family-friendly house is located just blocks away from the State Capitol and some of the country's top hospitals including UAMS, Children's Hospital, Baptist Hospital and St. Vincent Hospital. With easy access to I-630, you are just minutes away from the Clinton Library, Museum of Discovery, Arkansas Arts Museum and Little Rock Zoo.

Accommodations for up to 8 guests depending on reservation. Price based on the numbers of guests. Ideal for business travelers, couples and families. Give your family and friends a touch of home while visiting for special events such as weddings and anniversaries. Special rates available for medical guests and their families.

The J W Rivers House originally built in 1923, was completely renovated on 2022. The original architecture was maintained and modern conveniences were added such as stainless steel appliances, ceramic tile and granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, cable, flat screen TVs, electric fireplace, internet accessibility, and a security system. Other features include central heat and air, an open floor plan, and hardwood floors.

This will be my go to place when visiting the area. Great location for my family, house was clean, and quite cozy! Beautifully remodeled. I had a couple of questions for just and they were quick to respond- love that! Overall great stay.

Very comfortable home.

my kids and I came in for a tennis tournament. The house was perfect for us because it’s centrally located. The neighborhood looks like it’s a transitional neighborhood at the moment but we had zero problems. The interior of the home is beautiful and well-maintained.

Clean and spacious for a comfortable stay in a great location

We had a great time for a small group birthday getaway weekend. The house is newly listed and everything was generally in order and nice and clean. The locations is great, centrally located near downtown and just a couple of blocks from the historic Little Rock Central Hugh School National Historic Site. The first floor has spacious kitchen and living room for hanging out and relaxing and a lovely front porch for sitting in the mornings or evenings.
