About this property

Beautiful secluded and private home with views and short 2-5 min walk (200m)to pristine golden sand beach, and turquoise water, perfect for swimming. All new furnishings and a true home away from home. Located walking distance to hiking and biking tracks or walk along beach or over the track at high tide to the local store, restaurants and the launching area for the Abel Tasman adventures. Our home is privately situated with open space both behind and in front of us and home to a wide variety of native trees and birds and the property is within the 200metre Coastal conservation and Ryder Memorial Park.

Recycling Monday .$50 will be charged for removal of rubbish from inside the house or broken glass. $50 fee for BBQ left uncleaned.
