Stunning and sprawling contemporary farmhouse in New Paltz. Set off a gorgeous country road. Open luxury living, designed for entertaining family and friends in style. An outdoor oasis awaits you. Heated salt water pool with floats galore and plenty of lounging spaces to take in the stunning countryside view. We are surrounded by 20 breathtaking country acres as a backdrop. Have a choice of views from our multi-level deck in the backyard. BBQ on a huge Weber grill while mingling with friends on the outdoor patio. Or stay inside and make a gourmet meal in the fully equipped chef's kitchen, complete a cocktail bar to entertain guests. Head to the enormous rec room equipped with a year round indoor hot tub spa, and play ping pong, board games or just gather with friends and watch your favorite movies from any one of three large Roku flat screens complete with LED back lights. And after dark, head outside to the fit pit on our sprawling property to toast marshmallows and gaze up at the gorgeous night sky.
