We loved the cabin. Check-in was easy, and hosts were prompt to respond to questions. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for the 5 of us and our dog. The little amenities in the bathrooms were nice. Wifi worked very well, and the streaming on the TVs was great. The location was awesome. Near everything, but away from the busy roads for traffic. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Great stay during Thanksgiving

The property is beautiful and exactly what we saw from the listing. The host was super responsive, even during the Thanksgiving holiday when we had questions about kitchenware. This is an excellent stay for all ages, and there is plenty to do inside the cabin and just down the road.

Family vacation

Cabin was nice and clean, everything as described. The game room was nice, would like to see new pool sticks for the next time we stay. Tons of space, and a nice setting. Great for large groups

We're so glad you enjoyed your stay. We do change out billiard sticks frequently, but unfortunately they they take a lot more abuse in a rental environment as they do in one's home. We'll let the cleaners know of your concern, and to replace them more often if needed. Thanks for the feedback.

The house was beautiful, very clean and a great space for multiple families staying together. Lots to do around the house on days when you want to relax and convenient to lots of activities near by. The rooms/kitchen/laundry were well stocked to get the week started. The only negative was noise traveled pretty easily in the house, but we had young kids running around, so that was to be expected anyway. We had a great time!

Family get away

Our stay at this cabin was amazing. I wish we could of stayed longer. Our children usually can’t wait to go do things but this trip we had to beg them to leave the pool and game room. Everything you would need to do is there at the cabin. The jet tube in the master bathroom room was probably the best one we have ever used. The hottube was amazing also. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful cabin.

Cabin Boosted Our Trip!

Seven of us travelled together. It was three of us around 60 with our young adult sons. We were in the area for a workshop. The cabin provided a great atmosphere from facility and comfort and amenities that really enhanced our trip to space and even luxury. The facility was a great location with the feel of secluded with the reality of convenience.

Tennessee Vacation

This was a new cabin and was very clean. The description provided was spot on. We had some trouble with the alarm system during our stay and the communication with the owner/property manager/maintenance people was spot on. They were very prompt with their response and quick to take care of the issue. There are many stairs so if that is something that would be a struggle for your stay keep that in mind. This is a very family friendly cabin, especially families with older children. We enjoyed our stay!

We're so glad you enjoyed our new cabin. We're sorry about the alarm, but after much investigation and frustration, it seems there must have been a bad smoke detector, so we just had all 9 smoke detectors replaced. We hope to host you again soon!

Great house

The house was exactly as pictured. Tons of stuff to do within the house itself and it’s set on a quiet street pretty secluded. It was a short easy drive to get into pigeon forge and was close to things in Sevierville. We never could find the neighborhood pool even after texting with the rental company. The directions in the listing seemed easy but we could not find it anywhere even after driving all throughout the neighborhood. Maybe more detailed directions and a map to follow would be better. Other than that a great stay.

We're so glad you enjoyed the cabin. We're sorry you never found the neighborhood pool. We have added to the directions that it is "... 600 feet on the left" rather than just "look for the pool on the left". That should make it easy for folks to find. Thanks for the tip.

worth every penny

Stayed 4 nights and my only complaint was we spent too much doing other stuff and not enough time at the cabin. The room the pool is in is heated, but pool itself was not real warm and pretty small. We also had some issues with the arcade machine buttons working right. The view from hot tub and rocking chairs is the side of mountain, wish they were on other side bc it is breathtaking. This is all just minor inconveniences though bc there was plenty of stuff do and the cabin is absolutely gorgeous.

We're glad you enjoyed your stay. We agree that the other side of the hill has one of the most spectacular views we've ever seen. We'd love to get a cabin over there some day. The pool must be kept at a constant 82-83 degrees, so it doesn't create so much humidity that it destroys the house from within. That is actually 5 degrees warmer than most competitive pools. We were able to fix the arcade issue since your stay. Thank you!

Property was super clean, lots of amenities, and just as described. The game room was great for all ages and made for excellent entertainment when we just wanted to stay in. The kids loved watching in the theater. Hosts were communicative and helpful. One of our favorite cabins we've stayed in!
