Our Laredo house is decorated throughout in the Southwestern tradition. The spacious master bedroom suite, second bedroom and living room have sliders out to the backyard patio. Enjoy a cup of coffee and beautiful sunrises with mountain views from the breakfast nook and third bedroom/office/den. Fantastic sunsets can be enjoyed in the backyard from the covered patio. The property is professionally landscaped and has soft automatic lighting. The walking paths are great for exercising or enjoying the scenery or rest on the benches and enjoy a sky full of stars as all of the lighting is underground. At dusk, it almost feels like you are in a private zoo. This was a beautiful place to stay while we were waiting for our house to complete. Well decorated and well equipped. A wonderful neighborhood with lots of room to walk or ride bikes.

Great home in Saddlebrooke.

This is the second year we have stayed at this home and we love it. Have reserved it for next year! Large lot and very spacious living area. Beautifully decorated in Southwest motif. Excellent view of Santa Catalina Mountains. Great location with easy access to three club houses. Two of them in walking distance. Quiet street. Very friendly neighbors.

We highly recommend the rental of this beautiful home. We stayed for two months and have it reserved for two months in 2017. The pictures do not do it justice! It is spacious and very tastefully decorated. The owner was a delight to work with. Great location. Within walking distance to two of Saddlebrooke's clubhouses. Great view of Mt. Lemmon and the Santa Catalina Mountains. Very friendly and welcoming neighbors. Close proximity to many restaurants and shopping. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fabulous place to stay. If a "6" star rating was available, this rental would qualify.

This beautiful home is as gorgeous as it appears in the pictures. The southwest decor was so very tastefully done and yet warm and welcoming at the same time. We were able to meet the homeowners upon our arrival and they were able to go through everything with us! Their manual is very helpful. Directions for arrival and departures from rental are very easy to follow. Also included are listings of places to go and things to do. I would highly recommend staying at this property and would love to return.

Owner to the Rescue!

Our family was coming for a visit throughout the week and the first home we had rented for the occasion had the AC go out on day 3. Bless the owner of this beautiful Laredo who provided her home to us that day! The golf cart was a hit and helped with all the fun jaunts to the pools. The beds were so comfy and the house worked out wonderfully for our family. We are so grateful our family reunion was such a success thanks to this accommodating owner and her lovely home. Despite the record heat, everyone was cool and comfortable in the home.

Our month stay in this home was wonderful. The house location and layout is great and the backyard and amenities awesome. We used the bicycles, golf cart and barbequed nightly. People on the rest of the street were friendly and the owners of the home were a delight to work with. I highly recommend this home.

Awesome April Visit

We spent two luxurious weeks in this spectacular home this past April, when we came to race in the USAT National Duathlon Championship. Two of our fellow athletes live just a few blocks away from the house, so it was very convenient for us to meet and bike out to Oracle and on down to Rancho Vistoso. This awesome house is fully equipped with everything one could possibly need…as the owner has specified, one need only bring a toothbrush and clothes. The furnishings and décor are fabulous. (As a matter of fact, we have incorporated many of the owner’s choices into the renovation of our Pennsylvania mountain home.) The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and features high-end cabinetry and appliances, as well as every conceivable kitchen gadget. The front, back and side yards are huge and beautifully landscaped with covered patios and a large grill. The property is situated within walking distance of two of the community’s three fabulous clubhouses and we spent many hours in the pools at both facilities. When our children and grandchildren came to visit, they enjoyed the use of the golf cart and tennis equipment and spent many hours on the courts. The owner provided excellent service and we have stayed in contact ever since our visit. We hope to rent this property again this coming October, when our national championship returns to Tucson and this time we will stay much longer. The surrounding neighbors are very friendly and welcoming and we felt very much at home from our very first day. I would highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a relaxing and luxurious retreat.

After working for 12 years for Dow Pharmaceutical Sciences/Valeant International and living in Petaluma for 36 years, we moved to our property in the Trinity Alps in California (Shasta County). For the first 20 years of my career, I worked in the field of law and then for a wine company that owned wineries and vineyards, Chalone Wine Group, for 12 years. My last career that spanned 12 years was in the pharmaceutical industry submitting NDA's to the FDA electronically. My husband and I plan to eventually retire to SaddleBrooke and split our time between desert and mountain living.

Why they chose this property

Peaceful and serene with beautiful sunrises in the morning and fantastic sunsets in the evening. SaddleBrooke is so quiet and away from all of the noise, traffic, and pollution with an abundance of wildlife and stars. This wonderful place offers a relaxing, healthy-balanced lifestyle and if you prefer a lot of activity, there are approximately 200 social clubs. Enjoy this very special place that I hope to someday call home sweet home.
