Welcome to Gulf Shores Plantation - the perfect complex for the whole family! Here you will find your very own little paradise. There is a guard shack at the entrance where you will obtain your parking passes, and any other information regarding the complex. This gated resort community features tennis courts, volleyball, a putting green, basketball courts, shuffleboard, outdoor swimming pools, several grill areas, and the Sassy Bass restaurant for your dining pleasure. You will enjoy the private, sugar-white, beaches, natural sand dunes, and beautiful landscaping. There are activities available to all ages and perfect for family getaways! Kiva Dunes Golf Club and the awesome Kiva Dunes Restaurant are next door within walking distance. Plus, you are just a 15 minute drive from all of the great attractions that Gulf Shores has to offer! No boats are allowed on property.
Inside the condo you will appreciate the comfortable well decorated living space and fully equipped kitchen that's loaded with appliances, pots and pans, silverware, cups/glasses, plates, and everything else you will need to prepare a meal with family and friends! In the living area you will enjoy a flat screen TV with cable and DVD player, balcony access with a side view of the beach, and queen size sleeper sofa. The Master bedroom has a queen bed, private bath, and flat screen TV, and the second bedroom has a queen bed. The dining table seats six.
Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations that do not meet these criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.
