This family-friendly home offers amazing views of the ocean and coastline, and a prime location one mile away from a horseback riding business (Green Acres Beach & Trail Rides), and downtown Pacific City. Additionally, there is a hiking path right at the end of the paved street, making it an ideal home base for hikers and outdoor enthusiasts.

This two-story home boasts a light-flooded main living space located on the second floor, where guests will find wall-to-wall windows with unparalleled views of the ocean and cathedral ceilings. The extensive wrap-around deck is a great viewpoint for admiring the ocean and local wildlife. It's also furnished with an inviting seating area. The living area may be the best spot to catch some sun rays and admire the views from another point of view thanks to the telescope available. Additionally, it boasts a gas fireplace, a comfortable sofa, and a wall-mounted Samsung smart TV with streaming services. Let the cook of the group surprise everyone with their favorite recipes in the well-appointed kitchen! The kitchen is equipped with modern, stainless steel appliances that include a double-door fridge, coffee maker, dishwasher, wine cooler, and even a charcuterie board, which is perfect for snack time! This level also offers a designated laundry room with a washer/dryer and a sink, a half bathroom, and the primary bedroom with impeccable ocean views and a spacious en suite bath. The lower level features two bedrooms and an attached rec room with a foosball table, board games, and a TV with a Roku stick.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
