Located in a peaceful neighborhood, this home offers stunning vistas from the large upper deck, lower patio, and main living area. Just a short drive to Cape Kiwanda and the beach, it’s the perfect base for your next coastal adventure.

Summit Lighthouse features a unique round beach design and offers plenty of space with three bedrooms and living areas on both floors. Ideal for families, it also provides a BBQ, WiFi, Foosball table, and ROKU TVs upstairs and downstairs. For those working remotely, a folding table serves as a convenient home office. Note: The home is streaming only (no cable).

Outstanding stay. Impeccably clean and well presented. Pricey, but a very high quality home. Loved it and didn't want to leave. So quiet, beautiful remodeled with high-end finishes, and stocked with everything you could need from all the kitchen tools, games, toys, beach stuff. Friendly deer all around...just wonderful

Absolutely Amazing!

My husband and our friends stayed here for my birthday weekend and had an absolutely amazing time! The property was absolutely spotless and so well appointed! The renovations are gorgeous and the view from the decks and all of the windows was so beautiful. We would definitely stay here again! My one note: when I tried contacting the management with a quick question - I received an automatic message saying that I should have reached out 24 hours before check-in with any questions. I understand the idea behind this, but that's not always a reasonable request and was a bit frustrating.
