Perfect for Family Gathering

This rental had plenty of room for us to vacation with our adult children. There was a great kitchen, room to gather, and also enough space for privacy. The beach was just minutes away on foot, as were a brew pub, coffee shop, and pizza place.

Quick weekend stay! The kitchen was adequate for making breakfast but only the two small burners worked on the stovetop. We really enjoyed using the fire pit out back and appreciate the provided wood! Also, the beds and bedding were comfortable.

Perfect location

This house was just the right size for our family and very well equipped! They had a great selection of games to play including shuffle board, and we enjoyed sitting around the fire in the back yard. The walk to the beach was easy and the little market was very convenient only being a couple minutes walk for that forgotten item! I would definitely recommend this property!

This house was a great find. Perfect for 2 couples. The beds are so comfortable you sleep like a baby. Nice clean home close to the beach and activities. This is on our list to stay in again. Only issue is downstairs bathroom not great for elderly or disabled. The configuration is difficult.

This was a great place set up for a beach getaway. We loved how the place had two levels with each level having amenities. It had all the cooking utensils you could want. Very close walk to restaurants and the brewery and the beach was right there. You could hear the ocean from the awesome second floor balcony. We will be back.

We had an amazing time. This house was very well set up and the Manager was awesome to deal with. Very fast response. Perfect for all of us. Being close to everything is an easy trade off for being in the main road. Cellphone reception is not great and there is no Wi-Fi. Depending on who you are that is a feature or a bug! Pacific city is one of my favorite spots on the coast.

It was a great house. Walking distance to beach. Backyard fun for kids with sand pit and fire pit for adults!! Only downside is busy road out front. Cars do not slow down so be very careful.

Great home for a family gathering.

The house was the perfect size for a family reunion with 2 BR up and 2BR down. There was a living/dining area on each level. It was a bit cool and cloudy the week we were there so we rarely used the nice backyard set up with chairs and firepit. Although located on a main street, it was quiet at night and there were no complaints about noise at night. The house is very close to the local surf shop (where my great-nephew was able to sign up for surf lessons) and a grocery store. Beach access is easy from more than one location. The upstairs kitchen is complete and well stocked with cookware. An added bonus is the downstairs entry, which has benches to remove one's shoes. It also had a shuffleboard game which kept many busy.

Loved it. It was the perfect place for a coastal getaway with my family. Great location in the heart of Pacific city with quick walking distance access to Cape Kiwanda, the beach and Pelican Brewery. We really enjoyed the backyard fire pit and the upstairs deck. We also made extensive use of the shuffleboard downstairs.
