With each floor containing its own living space, (with a full kitchen upstairs and kitchenette, with wet bar, downstairs), living area, full bath, and two bedrooms, you'll feel like you've rented two homes in one, but can still enjoy plenty of room to socialize together as a group.

You'll be able to easily walk to all the attractions in town, from the sand dunes at Cape Kiwanda to the cold micro brews at Pelican Pub and Brewery. Stroll to the excellent Stimulus Cafe for your morning latte, and settle in on the upper-level deck to enjoy the fresh ocean breezes after dinner.

Both floors of the home are full living spaces, each recently remodeled and outfitted with new furnishings and fixtures. Each level has its own kitchen area (kitchenette downstairs), complete with updated appliances (including dishwasher), cookware, dishes, utensils, and flatware. Grab a stool at the counter for a quick bite, or sit at the dining table for a hearty homemade breakfast before a long day of exploring the dunes across the street!

When rain blows in, you'll find a comfortable living area on each floor, complete with sectional sofas, big-screen TVs with satellite cable, DVD players, and a library of movies to choose from. There are also board games for more interactive entertainment! The lower level has a cozy den tucked away to the side, perfect for finishing up a good novel or stealing an afternoon nap.

Each floor has two bedrooms outfitted with new memory foam mattresses: one master bedroom with a king-sized bed, and an additional bedroom with a comfortable queen (for a grand total of four bedrooms). There are full baths on each floor, with a walk-in shower on the lower level and a shower/tub combo upstairs. There are plenty of fluffy towels and fresh linens for your use, and even a washer/dryer to keep up with your hiking gear.

Tucked several miles off busy Highway 101, Pacific City offers a wonderful blend of laid-back charm coupled with top-notch services. The coffee shop and brewery near your home are excellent, with a few other dining and shopping options within a five-minute drive to the south. Fishermen and kayakers can explore the Nestucca River, while hikers will surely want to head to Cape Kiwanda and Cape Lookout for their trail fix. The beach itself, just half a block away, awaits tide pool explorers, treasure hunters, and sand castle builders alike. In the evening, keep an eye out for the return of the iconic dory boat fishermen!
