The floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows and open floor plan allows daylight throughout, while providing unobstructed views of Beautiful Sunsets and Haystack Rock.
Views of the Pacific Ocean or Nestucca River from every window in the house.

Amenities include a gas fireplace, sitting loft area with queen size hide-a-bed, wireless internet, TV in main living space, First floor TV room in downstairs family room and TV in upstairs bedroom. Fully stocked and updated kitchen with eating island for family and social gatherings, partially wrapped deck on Ocean and North side of house, fishing/kayaking/crabbing along the Nestucca River.

Beach access in front of the house can change due to weather and ocean conditions throughout the year making it harder to go up and down. 1 block North of the house is the public beach access which can be easier.

Located just minutes from downtown Pacific City where you will enjoy unique shopping, art galleries, restaurants and more.
1 mile beach walk to Cape Kiwanda and 1/2 mile to Bob Straub State Park.

What a beautiful house in such an extraordinary place! Our family had a wonderful, memorable stay. As my out-of-town relatives entered the house, one by one they said, "Wow! This is amazing!" In addition to the stunning location, there are places where it's clear that the hosts are really caring and thoughtful, and this is one of them. Everything one could want is provided, including lots of chairs for the deck, and a totally equipped kitchen. We would all love to return.
