The view and location are amazing! The details, down to the cookware and bedding provided for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was really an excellent space and the owners really do think of everything to ensure your stay is homey and restful!

Perfect Ocean Getaway!

We always have a wonderful time in this ocean front home. It’s clean, tidy and everything you need is provided. We love Pacific City and can’t wait to go back to another visit soon.

Pacific City is a short walk, and the cap (also walking distance) was incredible. Overall the location and the house can't be beat.

Family reunion was the best!

We had a fabulous time staying at the Greene’s beautiful beach home! The accommodations were clean and right in the beach, close to shops, and the beds was more comfortable than our sleep number! We’ll make this a yearly adventure!❤️

Amazing view and a very comfortable property

We had a wonderful stay, beds were very comfortable, the house was super clean and all the amenities we needed were available. The view is outstanding! My only wish was an accessible path to the beach- it was simply too steep for our party to get up and down the last little way down, but then, we are not exactly Spring chickens. I highly recommend "Anchor Down"!

Great Family Getaway!

Great house with a short little walk to the beach. It's a little steep right at the end but overall great! House was well stocked with anything you need, but bring your own beach toys or chairs. Will probably stay here again in the future!

Beautiful view and sunsets.

Clean and well stocked kitchen in house with outstanding view. A new basement TV family room recently added was very nice. The whole house is comfortable and very enjoyable.

Nice place

The place was great. Awesome views of the ocean. Beach access from the house was more difficult than we thought it would be based on the photos and the living room was smaller than expected but overall it was a good stay and the house was clean and had everything we needed. We would stay again! Thanks Frank!

Nice house

We loved this house! It was clean and perfect. We loved the location. The travel to the beach was steep but easy! . If traveling with a small child I would not there was no baby gate for the stairs. It was as our one complaint. They have a perfect room upstairs with two kid beds but no gate at the top of the stairs.

Very nice property for family gathering

Great view, great location, well maintained and clean home. Our family ranged was from 15 to 75 years old, different ages with slightly different needs. Sleeping spaces in upstairs bedroom was better for small children (cubby spaces), but not right for teens. Teens chose to sleep on sofas in basement to have their own space. Trail down to ocean was direct, but pretty steep drop off for older family members at end of the trail. Overall really nice space that we all really enjoyed.

Nice beachfront property

House was as described, good cookware/ stock in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable and we had what we needed in the house. We have a 1 and 3 year old and it was not the best house for those ages because of the stairs and the upstairs loft area had slats that are wide apart and the 1 year old could have fit through them. We just watched the kids very closely but otherwise all was good. Beach access was close but moderately steep so challenging but doable with the kids and the stuff we had with us. Would stay at this house again.
