This meticulously clean and well-loved contemporary home is complete with a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable furnishings and bedding, 2 gas fireplaces, table games, puzzles and books. It has beautiful artwork and décor, with hardwood, porcelain tile and carpeted floors throughout. It is the perfect place to get away and truly "experience" the splendor of the Oregon coast.

Magnificent ocean and evening sunset views abound from the wall of windows and deck in the living/dining/kitchen area and the spacious upstairs master suite. Swelling waves, surfers, dories, colorful kites, and seabirds can fill the view. The second floor bedroom windows and deck face east towards the friendly little beach town of Pacific City and to the Nestucca River. This home offers easy access to the beach in front of the house and is a short walk to town or Cape Kiwanda. Because there are two private en-suite bedrooms, it's the perfect house to share, or keep all to yourself! The third bedroom on the ground floor has two bunkbeds and an adjacent full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Our family treasures this house and uses it often. We ask guests to take good care of it during their stay and respect our house rules which include: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS (family members have severe allergies), NO SMOKING OR VAPING IN THE HOUSE. NO PARTIES. Neighborhood QUIET TIME: From 10 pm to 8 am. MAXIMUM GUESTS ALLOWED: 8 (per Tillamook County)
