The only thing to update is the photo of the view of the beach. The open area has a house now which block the view of the beach. The house is less than a block of the beach and it has everything you need to have a great time.

The photos are outdated. there is not an ocean view. The firepit was not operational, which was very disappointing because our grandchildren were looking forward to making s'mores on the deck. The location is good, only a block or so to the beach, and about 1/2 mile into town for shopping and restaurants.

Great spot, needs safety work

Loved the house and location. It was perfect for our small group. What needs work: Top stair outside is fully broken and is a trip hazard. Indoors there's also a step missing molding that we tripped on a couple times.

Loved the location but…

We loved how close we were to the beach. Our main issue with this property is that it was not well maintained. The wooden steps up to the front door had a step missing, the railing was rotted.Thank goodness there was caution tape. In order to get in the house we had to go up the front steps ( the garage code didn’t work) We were fortunate we arrived before dark. The master bedroom mattress had a big dip in the middle.
