LIVING AREA

The incredible view from the living room features miles of unobstructed views of Panama City Beach's most desirable asset: the white sands and emerald green waters. Enjoy the sound of the rippling waves of the Gulf of Mexico as you unwind for the day.
Spread out in the open living room and kitchen area for fun family time. A couch and three comfy chairs (including one rocking chair!) provide ample seating for six with additional seating for two at the nearby breakfast bar and four at the dinette table. So, fall back into a seat, pour yourself a glass of your favorite libation and catch your favorite game on the flat-screen smart TV with cable and streaming options. The couch also pulls out to reveal a sleeper sofa.
KITCHEN
Wake up early and surprise the family with a home cooked breakfast using the fully stocked kitchen with a full suite of appliances! You'll find all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you need to create a delicious batch of yummy homemade cookies or a full buffet for the family. When it's time to dine, four people can dine at the table with an additional two at the breakfast bar. Want to dine over the waves of the Gulf? Step onto the private balcony and dine under the sun at the dining table for four.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This condo sleeps 6 comfortably.
Wake up and step right out onto the balcony from the master bedroom with sliding doors leading straight to the amazing view of the Gulf! Listen to the rippling waves or the sea birds in the distance as you relax in the comfortable king size bed with ultra pillow top mattress to ensure a plush and relaxing sleep experience. The master bedroom is attached to its own private ensuite private bathroom with a large standing shower freshly remodeled with marble tile and dual shower heads (including a rainfall shower head) to wash the sand away from every direction. This ADA-regulated bathroom features low entry and multiple grab bars for safety.
The second bedroom boasts a queen-size bed with pillow top mattress. There is plenty of room for clothes in the closet, as well as easy access to the hallway bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination.
Both bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs for your entertainment.
The living room features a pull-out sleeper sofa that's perfect for up to two adults!
CONDO AMENITIES
This condo is equipped with a stacked washer and dryer to wash off your swimsuits and beach towels! A starter set of toiletries is included with every guest stay and includes paper towels, toilet tissue, shampoo, body wash and bar soap for each bathroom, as well as dishwasher soap laundry powder, and liquid dish soap.
OUTDOOR AREAS & RESORT AMENITIES
Enjoy your morning coffee on the furnished balcony and capture the amazing views of The Gulf of Mexico right in front of you. The balcony features an outdoor dining table and chair set with seating for four, along with six additional chairs and several umbrellas for the times the afternoon sun is a little too much. This building is equipped with multiple elevators for easy access.
Sterling Reef guests enjoy access to the beachside pool (heated seasonally) with a fantastic tanning deck, a professionally equipped fitness center, and an activity center with a big screen TV. Grill up some burgers and hot dogs on the third level sky terrace equipped with tables and chairs and several grills for your use. Beach service and water sport rentals are available seasonally from the beach services huts on the sand.
Sterling Reef's prime location ensures easy access to the pristine white sand beaches of PCB, convenient access to shopping, grocery stores, local, and a huge array of dining options. This resort is located across from Shipwreck Island Water Park and next to the M.B. Miller Fishing Pier, one of the longest piers on the Gulf Coast!
PARKING
Guest registration is $50, payable directly to the resort via an emailed link. Guests will have access to a covered parking garage and may park anywhere in the garage. There is a max of 2 vehicles per unit. No scooters, golf carts, rentable mini vehicles, boats, or trailers are allowed on property. Wristbands will be left in the condo upon your arrival and must be always worn while on property. Wristbands must be left in the condo upon departure.

Kids and adults alike will love to play in the pools and zip down the slides. We enjoyed our stay in this condo with our two young kids. The condo was as pictured and was spacious, clean and the AC worked great. The property itself was nice with the large pool, beach access and security for the garage. Great communication with the owner when I had a few questions arise. Would definitely stay here again!

The view was amazing. We had front row seats to fireworks on the 4th of July. Walking distance from pier to get sneak peak at marine life. Only down fall is parking spaces are very small, it was hard getting in and out of car.
Property was great but when you have to wait over 20 minutes for an elevator with an infant and toddler it’s awful.

The only thing that our company manages is the inside of the condo. If it were up to us, we would teleport guests inside the condo! :)
Condo was as seen in photos. Parking passes and wristbands were on island upon check in. Only issue we had was the bathroom in the hall the hot water needs some adjusting due to whistling the entire time while in the shower and water pressure wasn’t the best. Other than that it was a great place to stay for our visit and we would book with them again.

Property and beach were great. In-room supplies marginal at best. 3 adults for a week with dinner guests a few times. Provided with only 2 (trash bags, dish washer and laundry pods) an ounce of dish soap, no wine screw or glasses, just 4 large heavy glasses.

Location-great. Cleanliness-great. Check in was a little stressful but the guard at the gate was AWESOME and very patient and helpful. The room is ADA - master bathroom is EXCEPTIONAL but access to the beach for a handicap person is not avaliable . There's about 20 steps to access the beach. Just a personal observation - there is no ceiling fan in the master bedroom but there's a floor fan provided in the room. Overall a great place to stay
The condo was nice, the location was great, my only issue was the cleanliness. The rug was clearly not vacuumed, behind the couch was loaded with debris, smears on the walls and baseboards. If it had been cleaned properly, it would be deserving of 5 stars.

This is a handicap accessible unit. It is dated. It wasnt cleaned the best. The floor tiles are loose in different areas. The toilet rocks. The water pressure wasn't the best. The washer smelled of sewage. The fridge had a makeshift gasket and rust stains. The best thing about this unit is the location

Our team conducted an inspector prior to your arrival and found no issues whatsoever, but we would have been more than happy to assist during your stay, but you did not reach out not once during your stay. Also, please note that nowhere in the listing does it state its a handicap accessible unit, the unit has stairs.
They sent me the acces code the next day after I arrived. Was asking for help nobody answer.
I love, this place, but not the service.
Dirty, the maitenance service wants to work while I was there, and the most I have to pay an extra night somewhere else because I could not acces the arriving day.

The condo hasn’t been cleaned in a while and was really stuffy. There were dead plants and dirt all over the artificial plants. The ac unit was not working correctly until the repair man came out. There was no filter in the ac unit as well.
It was a decent Condo but the access with one pair of elevators made the stay less enjoyable. I felt like I spent half of my vacation waiting on an elevator…long waits every time. Property needs to invest in another pair of elevators…this was a common complaint by all the guest we spoke with. Also parking places were really tight and if you parked on the yellow line then security would cite you a ticket to tow your vehicle. Our internet did not work for a day which posed challenges with work responsibilities. The air condition also went out for 24 hours which made the condo pretty unbearable, but the service man did add coolant which was a bandaid fix for a 10 year old unit in salt air…needs to be replaced. Overall, we would not choose to stay at Sterling Reef again.
