Casa Tranquil, situated in a serene neighborhood welcomes you to enjoy its numerous amenities in order to make your home away from home as comfortable and enjoyable as possible!
As soon as you enter this cozy home featuring mostly new furniture, you'll want to kick your shoes off, sit, and relax! You'll find the kitchen fully equipped and ready to facilitate anything from a beverage to cooking an entire meal. Then retire to a comfortable bedroom with new mattresses and enjoy blissful sleep.
The space
Enjoy an open floor plan allowing easy access to the kitchen, living room, dining room, and pantry/laundry room. Separate office/den area provides work or entertainment (65" smart tv) area in comfort. Private patio and backyard add a sense of calm while enjoying fresh air. The bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the northern side of the house for maximum noise reduction.

You will be able to access the entire house.

This is a very comfortable home with a well supplied kitchen and bathrooms. For our family gathering we especially enjoyed the large living/dining room and lovely backyard with BBQ. The beds are very comfortable and the home is very clean. The home is centrally located for access to all that Las Cruces has to offer.

We just spent two weeks at this property that absolutely felt like home. It is conveniently located so we were able to explore all areas of Las Cruces. It is well stocked and the patio and backyard are lovely. Definitely recommend!
