Comfortable

I like staying here because of the location. Easy to walk to most of the eating places. Clean and the beds sleep very well. Glad they reopened. Parking has improved also.

Perfect Stay in Hot Springs

A spacious 2 BR above the shops on the main street in Hot Springs, this clean and convenient spot was perfect as a stop during our 80 mile trek on the Appalachian Trail.

Great location for downtown!

Easily walk to all of downtown; very clean, great kitchen, plenty of towels. Not much counter space in the bathroom but otherwise nice A complete coffee set up in the kitchen, nice touch

Very Clean

The apartment was VERY clean and centrally located. The property owner was easy to contact prior to our arrival. We had zero issues during our stay. Honestly, the apartment looks even better in person. Would definitely stay here again!

Love it There!

This was our second stay in these apartments. LOVE IT! Everything is within walking distance, they are just the right size, very clean, and have everything that you need. They are well worth checking out.

Perfect Trail Base Camp

My daughter and I stayed her before and after our 4 day AT hike. It is literally right on the trail! The staircase to the suite is right off the sidewalk. Hot Springs is an adorable town that feels like a true oasis after the back country. Sarah was a great host with very good communication. The apartment was clean and the linens and towels were top notch. I will be back again to pick up the trail next year .

Amazing location

The property is located above a lovely deli/bodega with European flare. You’re also a five minute walk from the springs and less than a mile from some great trailheads. Hot Springs is a special place and this property a short walk from all it has to offer. One tip, streetlights illuminate the house somewhat at night. If you are a light sleeper, bring a sleep mask.

Great place to stay in Hot Springs!

The property was acquired after we already had our reservations. The new owners contacted me and were very kind and easy to work with. The location is great! The property was very clean and cozy. Lots of bath towels which is a bonus. Our only issue was that the AC/Heating unit in the living room made a continuous whirring sound. If the TV was on it wasn't as noticeable luckily, but it got to be a little irksome at times, it may just need maintenance or something. In fairness to the new owners, they may have not been aware of this yet since they had just purchased the property. Other than that our stay was great and we were pleased with the property and the owners! Thank you!!
