Thoughtfully remodeled. Bright and Spacious. Great Location!
Walk to local brewery, hiking trails, coffee shop, outfitters store, hot mineral springs spa, and more. Enjoy the evening soaking in a private hot tub right outside your back door.
This charming house has all the creature comforts to feel at home in the quaint town of Hot Springs. Bring a book & board games for relaxing indoor time, with your private hot tub steps away. Prime location to use as a home base for outdoor activities. Hot Springs is a great destination in all seasons! The weather is mild & roads are tended in the wintertime. Restaurants and shops are open as well, & we love to hike the Lover's Leap trail on cool, sunny days while things are a bit quieter.

The cottage is great for couples, families, or groups of friends.
Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and counters. Dining table seats 6 comfortably. Large smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom. Two rooms with oversized Queen beds and brand new extra soft sheets and bedding. The 3rd bedroom has a queen and XL twin bunk bed with plenty of bedding and adjacent bathroom. The living room has large, oversized furniture for a comfortable gathering space.

Great back deck with a grill and beautiful Spring Creek just across the street. There is a firepit and cornhole game for guest use. In season, there is a large herb garden to spice up your meals. If you are looking for a getaway in downtown Hot Springs, this is the perfect spot. The Cottage is not too big, and not too small. It's just right.
Hot Springs downtown experienced flooding, and the main downtown section and Hot Springs Resort and Spa are in various stages of cleanup and repair. Each of these businesses are closed.

The businesses that are open in town include Sara Jo’s Gas Station, Smoky Mountain Diner, Dollar General, and a couple of beverage/small grocery stores. They would love your business.

Many trails are accessible around the area, and Hot Springs is a central location for adventures in Western North Carolina, East Tennessee, and the Smokey Mountains National Park. Nearby attractions are the Biltmore Estate, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and more.

All major roads into and out of Hot Springs are accessible and safe.

Lovely property

perfect landing pad for our vacation

This was our first visit to Hot Springs — the cottage was clean, welcoming and comfortable. The town is charming and walkable. The cottage was a perfect landing pad — plenty of room for our group to relax, come and go easily, and enjoy meals together. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was clean and accommodating, the hot tub and deck were relaxing. We loved our stay!

Loved our stay

This adorable cottage was a great home base for us as we wanted to do a bit of AT hiking and check out Asheville. It was nice to be within a short walking distance from the shops and restaurants of Hot Springs. The hot tub provided a much appreciated soak after our hiking. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials that made it easy to cook at home.

Top notch property

Our stay was for only 2 nights, but we made the most of our time in Hot Springs. We were able to walk everywhere from the property. In the evening we'd come home to an industrial fitted kitchen to cook dinner. Then we'd get in the hot tub for a soak. We all slept very well in the incredibly comfortable beds.

Perfect weekend getaway

We had such a peaceful weekend in Hot Springs. The location was perfect. We could easily walk to restaurants and the brewery. We also enjoyed hiking at Max’s Patch and Lover’s Leap. The house had extremely comfortable beds with high quality mattresses and pillows. The house also had nice tv’s although we never cut them on. The hot tub was hot and clean. I would recommend this property to others looking to get away, but still be near town.

Great stay in Hot Springs!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Little Stone Cottage in Hot Springs!! The house was very clean and comfortable. We loved relaxing in the hot tub with our morning coffee and enjoying the beautiful view. The kitchen was very nicely stocked with lots of cookware. The beds were very comfortable; we all felt well rested after our wonderful vacation in Hot Springs! The living room and dining area were very spacious. We were able to have our Hot Springs family over to eat and play games very comfortably. My family and I will definitely be coming back to stay at the Little Stone Cottage!!!❤️

Amazing and Charming Cottage

We had such a great stay at the cottage! The pictures online don’t do it justice! Everything was amazing, check-in was easy and the cottage was well stocked with all the essentials. The cottage was also completely spotless and I am very picky on cleanliness. Marion was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Also, this cottage is a short walk to downtown Hot Springs, which is a lot of fun! We had an excellent time here and hopefully will be back!

Lovely weekend home

We had a wonderful stay in this immaculate home! The rooms are large yet cozy and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need to cook dinner. My family loved the hot tub. The hosts made sure we had propane fur the grill and even came personally when there was a problem with the AC. The workman came right out and quickly fixed the issue. The communication with the host was excellent. We’d definitely stay here again!

Sweet Hot Springs Getaway

The best location within the town, love the character of the house! There is a comfortable living room and large table for games and dining. Love the hot tub and backyard for relaxing evenings. Owners are easy to communicate with and are very responsive. We've stayed in this property a few times and will keep rebooking for future stays! This town needs a lot of love. The only way to support the rebuilding from Hurricane Helene flood damage is to support it... Please book this property and dine out, shop, enjoy this area.

Girls getaway

Less than a block from center of town! The house was cozy and comfortable ( inside and out- nice patio in the back). Hot tub and fire pit available for use. The big TV screen and cozy sofas make for a relaxing night in. The kitchen has all the appliances needed to cook but you are so close to town you could just walk to the restaurants for your meals. The Hot Springs spa is also a short walking distance from the house. Several businesses are still closed on certain days so be sure to look them up. Lots of close hiking and rafting in the area. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. The Stone Cottage is a gem in Hot Springs- I highly recommend staying here.
