Clean and cozy, this cabin was perfect for our couples getaway. The hot tub is well kept and relaxing, especially now that the weather has turned. There's a Cafe less than 10 minutes up the road and the food is amazing. It's a bit of a drive to Hot Springs, but Big Pillow Brewery is worth the trip. We will definitely consider this cabin if we decide to visit the area again.

The property was amazingly quiet and relaxing. It was a great place to reset and recharge! We celebrated our 25th anniversary and it was great. The hot tub was great amenity! The drive up the mountain was great! I would definitely recommend the cabin to anyone

Secluded cabin in the woods! If it's peace and quite that you seek, look no further! This nice little cabin is off the beaten path with very little traffic in the area. You are in the mountains with fresh air, a running creek, singing birds, surrounded in nature. We loved the tranquility in a rustic cabin and fresh mountain air. While we did not use it, there is a hot tub that was warm and inviting and front porch rocking chairs that made for a great place to sip our morning coffee.

The cabin did not meet my expectations at all !!! It was old , dirty and dark. Inside the oven was filthy , spiderwebs all over the house , barbecue was rusted, and dirty. The tiles behind kitchen sink were almost detached from wall…Color of towels were “dark brown “ , andBed cover was not the same as it shows in the picture . The ladder to bedroom was ridiculously dangerous to climbing up or down. Very unsafe for any guest!!!I would not recommend this cabin to anyone. Cabin needs complete inspection from verbo or any other state officials who allowed this cabin be advertised to rent . This cabin did not worth the money I paid .Very disappointed Mina

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and I’m sorry your stay didn’t meet your expectations. Our cabin was built by hand from hemlocks harvested right on the property, and we’ve worked to keep its rustic, authentic character, so it offers a very different experience from a modern luxury cabin rental. Most of our guests love it, but we understand it isn’t for everyone. That said, we always take cleanliness and safety seriously, so I’ve followed up with our team on each point you raised. We noticed the issue with the kitchen backsplash tile after you checked out and immediately resecured it to the wall. And because the cabin sits in the woods, cobwebs are a constant challenge. We have the cabin treated regularly by a pest control company, but with the rafters being over 14 feet up, cobwebs there can appear between deep cleanings. The loft ladder is shown in the listing photos and description, though we know it can take some getting used to. We’ve added another note to the listing so future guests can decide before booking. We also replace our towels, sheets and comforters regularly to keep them fresh, so they may differ from what’s shown in the photos. We’d have been glad to address these issues during your stay if we’d known, so we encourage guests to contact us right away if anything isn’t right. Thank you again for staying with us.

A rustic cabin that was nice for my wife and I for a couple days. Quiet and fairly secluded. We got used to the ladder to the loft but it may not be suitable for those with mobility concerns.

The cabin is absolutely adorable! It's in a great location. Easily accessible to Asheville and Gatlinburg. We really enjoyed the remote, private setting. Online pics could use a little bit of an update. Flower bushes and trees have grown up around the cabin which gives a bit of a different look than the pictures that are posted online. That didn't really bother us since we enjoyed the enhanced privacy that they offered. But, thats the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars for that part of our review.

Hot tub was in great shape and kept temp nice and hot. Cabin was clean and the perfect mix of secluded but not lost in the great unknown. The only way to the bed is up a ladder so make sure you can do that...no issue for us but know this. Also used the grill and it worked great....overall very very good.

The cabin is very charming. It’s in a very private setting, with outdoor fire pit that’s set up very comfortably, and made more perfect with the sounds of the nearby creek. And the fabulous hot tub ! Perfect weekend getaway
