This house is fabulous! It was immaculate! The host are wonderful! They had fresh cookies and a birthday card waiting when we arrived. The beds are super comfy and that coffee and hot chocolate bar was incredible!

Our family has stayed at the farmhouse several times & every time it's been a joy. The house is charming, cozy, serene & always immaculate. Large fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar, beautifully decorated bedrooms with comfortable beds, several sitting areas to enjoy, and the best part (to me) are the porches with swings, to sit and enjoy my coffee looking at the mountains. Lots to do nearby, Antique stores, shopping, restaurants, coffee shops or fun for the kids like Scaly Mountain Adventure park, Black Rock Mountain, horseback riding. Or just hang out at the house. We love playing games, sitting out by the fire pit and getting take out.

Absolutely wonderful property

We stayed at the Farmhouse on Boxwood for a week and enjoyed it so much! We had three generations and when we weren’t out doing activities, the kids loved just being there and playing in the yard. The kitchen is well-stocked and the beds comfortable. Everything was very clean. We had a couple of issues that were promptly addressed by the owners quickly and didn’t affect our stay. Would definitely return.

Farmhouse Christmas

Charming historic country farmhouse tucked in the mountains. Start your day with the best cup of coffee and beautiful sunrise views over the mountains (coffee bar selection provided with yummy local coffee's). And end by one of the cozy indoor fireplaces or fire pit. New renovation but still the original farmhouse charm. Large kitchen, island and farmhouse table for lots of family to gather around. Endless sitting areas, porches and porch swings to read, relax or play games. Minutes away from Clayton and Dillard with lots of shops and restaurants to choose from. All the locals were friendly and gracious much like the owners. Also close to many mountain hikes, waterfalls, wineries, coffee shops and antique stores.

Marvelous Place

I would like to thank Todd and his wife for our beautiful stay. The place is amazing and they had it all decorated for Christmas. There was a Christmas tree in ever room. My great granddaughter said we were staying in Santa’s house. Everything was clean and they had cookies and fresh flowers waiting for us. I definitely recommend this place.
