Charming, Affordable and Centrally Located Condominium

This warm and comfortable condominium offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Wake up to birds singing and sun filtering through tall pine trees. The living room has a wood burning fireplace and accesses the balcony. The unit has just gone through extensive upgrades with new carpet, new comfortable overstuffed couch and love seat, new queen size beds and mattresses. The dining area seats 4 with an additional 4 seats at the counter overlooking the kitchen. Fully stocked and always updated kitchen utensils make it easy to cook. The stove is electric, and there is a microwave oven as well. Ample counter space make it easy to cook a big meal. BBQ grills are provided in the common area. One bedroom is located on the main level with a full bath. The loft bedroom offers a private bath with shower. The loft has beamed ceilings and over looks the living room area. Flat screen TV, cable and WiFi. Sorry, no pets. Thank you for understanding.
You are located within walking distance to shopping, library, restaurants and coffee shops. The lake is within walking distance as well.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Tahoe! The space was clean, comfortable, and spacious, making it perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is conveniently situated near everything we needed—restaurants, groceries, and the lake. Communication with the owner was excellent; they were responsive, friendly, and made the check-in process easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Condo was great. Perfect for two couples or I am sure a family of 4. Loft bedroom is super nice and spacious with its own bathroom. Easy parking and well marked condo numbers. Host was super communicative and sent us directions, parking pass and all info needed a few days before our stay.

Very nice stay for family ski trip

We had another great stay at this condo. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. It’s also close to Diamond Peak, where we were skiing.

Great stay in convenient location

Rental was clean and comfy. Had all the kitchen supplies we needed. Place does show a few wear and tear especially in the bathrooms but doesnt take away from the experience itself. Host was kind and responsive.

Great comfortable condo convenient to shopping, restaurants, groceries and hiking.

Spent 5 days at Incline Village in Ann's Tigerlilly condo. Very convenient to everything, clean and well stocked. Parking was always available and close but you could actually walk to shopping, restaurants and grocery store. Everything worked as described. I would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable and roomy

It was very roomy and it was so nice to have the kids stay in one area and a separate room for my husband and I. It was very clean and well stocked. The instructions and items for the condo were very organized. Very centrally located in Incline Village. The thing that stood out the most to me was the host. She is very responsive and answers very quickly.

Fantastic Stay!!

We just had 3 wonderful days at Ann's condo over Memorial Day Weekend. A family of 4 (two boys 10 & 12); found the place perfect for us. Ann was a wonderful host, super responsive and helpful. The condo was immaculate: super clean, extremely well-appointed and super charming. The location can't be beaten: convenient to ski resorts, beach and restaurants/ Railey's. I highly recommend Burnt Cedar Beach -- 10 minute drive and entry [for a fee] with resident guest pass; beach has heated outdoor pool, restaurant with beach bar service, volleyball court. We will definitely come back -- thanks Ann for sharing your place with us!

Winter holiday getaway

The property is in an excellent location, down the street from a shopping center with a grocery store and 16 minutes drive to Mt Rose. The condo was very cozy and served us well. The only downside was that the exterior lights (for the entire section of the condo) did not work which made it challenging when checking in. Using our cellphones to light the way while carrying luggage and avoiding ice and keeping my 78-year old mother safe was stressful. However, the owners were very responsive and tried their best to have the property managers fix the situation to no avail. I would recommend this property to anyone.

It was good but….

Our stay was fine and it held its purpose but I had to vacuum the entry way when we first arrived. There were some Cheerios on the floor and the floor felt dirty. After that it was fine.

Just as expected

Ann's property is centrally located, was very comfortable, and we had no issues with our stay. She informed me in advance that internet service was upgraded this year and sure enough we had no bandwidth issues with 2 teens! The condo is a perfect home base and we were happy to leave the car parked to bike the trails around town and the beaches and overlooks south of town. The afternoons and evenings were warm but the portable fans kept us comfortable.

The second bedroom is a loft - no door plus a low half wall. This setup wasn't ideal for a family of 4 (2 of whom are young children).

Great spot!

Great spot! Clean and comfortable for our ski weekend as 2 couples. I forgot there are 2 bathrooms and was pleasantly surprised we didn't need to share. My only complaint is that the neighbor next door blasted his music extremely loudly on Saturday night. When we asked him to turn it down, he did a little. Also dont forget shampoo! A little soap is provided, but no shower products.

Great property

Property was very clean and in a great location! Batteries in the tv remote were dead, so couldn’t change the channel, but we were mostly out and about anyway. The thermostat was turned all the way off when we arrived around 8pm instead of just being turned down low. Temperature outside was in the upper 30s, so the condo was extremely cold when we got there, but it warmed up fairly quickly and extra blankets were available. Would suggest just turning the thermostat down low instead of off, but we would stay here again.

Great Place to Stay in Tahoe

We had a wonderful time in our greatly situated condo! It had everything we needed to make our first trip out to Tahoe perfect! Our host super responsive, quiet neighborhood, stores and restaurants within walking distance. Within 30 minutes of close beaches to swim ad 10 for nice hikes! Great place to stay - thank you!
