When checking in, please use the back south private patio door. Guests will have access to all four floors of the south side of duplex and the private patio!

Other things to note
This is a duplex and you do have full access to the south side, but please respect quiet time (10:00 p.m.- 7:00 a.m.) as the unit next door is occupied. Ample parking on 54th street and in front of garage #2. Please no parking in front of garage #1. We live within walking distance so if there is something you need, let us know! And please leave us a review so we know how we are doing.

Beautiful place in a beautiful neighborhood

Super classy old stone townhouse total updated, minimalistic and clean. Beautiful old Omaha neighborhood. Parks nearby. Close to everything, but quiet.

Wonderful home!

This was the perfect place to stay during our trip to Omaha. The home has everything one would hope and need in a vrbo for an amazing, comfortable stay. It’s also close proximity to many parks, playgrounds, and restaurants. We even walked to coffee and ice cream, as well as to a family event in the neighborhood. Thank you!

When can I move in? ;)

Darling space with an ideal location. We loved our overnight w 4 moms and 4 teen daughters. Plenty of room to spread out and have a little peace to yourself, with ample space to hang out and congregate. Packed with all the amenities you would need- a washer dryer, full kitchen packed with all the essentials, darling outside space, comfortable beds and linens, and impeccable design. Thank you for creating a beautiful space! We truly enjoyed out stay and can't wait to come back again!

Being a local contractor we have gone through this property from top to bottom! Very safe, updated and extremely clean! We truly do not think you will find a nicer or cleaner property in this area!
