Welcome to our guest tiny home a cozy and thoughtfully designed space filled with unique touches to make your stay comfortable and memorable.

An urban oasis in Omaha, featuring great natural light, stylish design, and everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Enjoy a beautifully landscaped courtyard with hot tub, outdoor dining, and ambient lighting—a rare setting in the heart of the city.

Perfect for guests looking for a unique, cozy, and well-located stay with great value.

Cozy, fully fenced space designed to maximize comfort, creativity, and functionality.

Inside, you’ll find a bright layout with 2-story ceilings, unique plywood finishes, and warm ambient lighting that gives the space a fun and modern feel. The home includes a comfortable king bed, a few board games, and a stocked kitchen.

The bathroom features a rain shower head, and ambient ligthing perfect for unwinding after a long day.

Step outside into the landscaped courtyard, where you can enjoy the hot tub, grill, dining area, and relaxing outdoor seating.

Guests have full access to the entire private unit, including the kitchen, bathroom, and living/sleeping areas.

You’ll also have access to the shared outdoor courtyard, including the hot tub, seating areas, grill, and dining space.

The unit has a private entrance, and there is no need to access the main home during your stay.
The hosts and family live next door and may occasionally be present in the shared courtyard.

We respect your privacy and aim to give you space. If you’re planning to relax outside and prefer privacy, feel free to let us know, we’re happy to accommodate when possible.

We love hosting and want you to enjoy the space as much as we do!

Please note this unit is attached to our home, and occasional everyday sounds (including family activity) may be heard.

The courtyard is also a shared space, and while we do our best to give privacy, there may be brief, natural interactions.

Our kitchen and dining area face the courtyard, and we keep blinds closed when the space is in use to maintain privacy.

As with most loft-style spaces, heat rises to the upper level, so we recommend using fans along with A/C for optimal comfort.

Perfect getaway for two! Cozy, tiny house with everything you need to make it feel like home in a nice neighborhood. The hot tub and outdoor space is beautifully set up as well, plenty of privacy. This was a very clean, cozy, comfortable place that was well stocked with all the basics needed for our short 'Let's explore Omaha Nebraska' side trip on our way back home to Texas from Wisconsin. The enclosed beautifully landscaped courtyard area with the hot tub and gas grill was a really nice bonus. The owner was quick to respond to the few questions we had (like where's the nearest grocery store?) and was very helpful and pleasant. Would definitely stay here again!

We’re an active family that loves spending time outdoors; whether it’s at local parks, walking to Elmwood Park near Happy Hollow, or enjoying Omaha’s great trail, and park system.

In the summer, we’re often at the pool, and in the winter we make the most of the season with snowboarding and outdoor activities. We also enjoy staying active year-round with sports like baseball and basketball, along with regular gym time. Sundays are for church and family time, often spent with grandparents.

We also like to “snowbird” for a couple of months each year to explore new places and recharge.

We genuinely enjoy hosting, whether it’s saying hello, sharing local tips, or simply making sure you have a smooth and comfortable stay.

We love this neighborhood because it offers the best of both worlds: quiet, residential charm while being close to everything.

You’re just minutes from Blackstone, Aksarben, and the interstate, making it easy to get anywhere in Omaha within about 20 minutes.

There are also great walking trails nearby and a strong sense of traditional neighborhood living, calm, welcoming, and unpretentious.
