It has 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, with an office/den and a wrap around deck that lives like a Beach House. The unit is located on the second floor overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with a heated pool, hot tub, gym and dune walk directly to the beach and ocean. Under unit garage parking. Walking and bike paths, tennis and pickleball court’s, Navy Seal Museum are all within walking distance. A short drive to in beautiful downtown Vero Beach and the restaurants and shops at the Fort Pierce Marina. This property has a 90 day minimum rental. Seasonal rental rates from January through April are $8,000 per month

I have owned this condominium with my wife since it was first built in 2005. We absolutely love being there. Sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean are breathtaking. We walk everyday on the beautiful sandy beach. We think you will love this condominium as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

If you love the ocean, the sound of the waves, the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean, this place is for you. We have found no more peaceful place in our travels.
