Enjoy this newly renovated, peaceful house close to Gainesville downtown with your whole family. You’d be close to Butler plaza full of great restaurants, bars and shops. If you want to explore the outdoors, visit the Santa Fe River for a day of canoeing. Fort White is also just a quick drive away, where you can go snorkelling and paddle boarding. For a night in, make use of the 50” TV and high-speed Wi-Fi to watch your favorite movies. But don’t miss out on all that Gainesville has to offer. The property comprises of two bedrooms and two bathrooms (the main bedroom has its own ensuite), open plan living perfect for entertaining, an office space, separate laundry, patio with a ping pong table, garden and two parking spots. Comfortably sleeps 4 to 6 visitors. Guests will have full access and use of the unit 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there’s an electronic lock, so there are no keys to keep up with! If you need any help or suggestions during your stay, don’t hesitate to reach out to either of us. Quiet and familiar neighborhood. Lots of kids play along with other neighbors and passersby with their dogs.
