The room was well maintained, adequately equipped, and stocked with the necessary amenities. While parking options were somewhat limited, the overall experience was highly positive.

Steven, a well-kept room stocked with everything you need is the baseline that makes everything else easier, and it's good to hear that held up. The parking situation is noted, and hopefully the rest of the stay more than made up for it.

I had an amazing stay. The unit was in pristine condition, and was fully stocked with all of the appliances, cookware, dishes, bedding, and towels (to name a few things) needed. Parking was extremely convenient, and the area was safe and walkable. The building was also clean and quiet, as it is very clear the tenants care about the building. The hosts were so attentive, even taking extra care to leave light breakfast items in the refrigerator for my stay. I loved it so much that I rebooked for the following week. I will definitely book this unit with Cloud9 the next time I’m in Chicago.

Sheree, a fully stocked kitchen and a fridge with breakfast waiting is the kind of thoughtful detail that turns a good stay into a great one. The fact that you rebooked on the spot says everything. Chicago will be here whenever you are ready, and so will the same level of care.

Week stay in October

The flat was beautiful and modern with great views and very comfortable. The main drawback was how noisy the highway was right beneath you. They provide earplugs which helps but that gives you an idea of how noisy it is! We did get used to it after the first or second night but never opened the windows.

We're so pleased you found the apartment beautiful, modern, and comfortable, with great views. We regret that the nearby highway noise was a drawback, but we're glad you were able to adjust. We hope to welcome you back for another great stay.
