About this property

Large 3BR /2BA Duplex• King • Parking

Occupying two full levels, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath duplex delivers the kind of square footage and layout separation that group travel actually requires.

Unlike typical Chicago apartments that compress living and sleeping into the same space, this home provides dedicated gathering areas and fully enclosed bedrooms — allowing your group to spread out without sacrificing privacy.

Sleeping layout:

– Primary bedroom with King bed

– Two additional Queen bedrooms

– Additional sleeping options for flexible groups up to 8

Two full bathrooms eliminate morning congestion — a critical detail for multi-couple stays and families.

The backyard includes seating, a fire pit, and a Weber gas grill, creating an outdoor extension of the living space during warmer months.

Located on a quiet residential block between Logan Square and Avondale, you’re minutes from neighborhood dining, breweries, and direct Blue Line access to downtown and O’Hare.

This is a layout-forward property — designed to reduce friction and elevate comfort during group travel.

We had a wonderful stay. The home was clean and well appointed. My grandsons enjoyed playing with the games provided, and I appreciated the English Breakfast tea I found in the kitchen cabinet! I would highly recommend this home.

Perfect place to enjoy Chicago and relax, too

Sean is an attentive, helpful host and his apt. is the perfect home away from home! All the amenities you need to fix meals when you want to, a beautiful space to relax, and the most comfy beds! There is plenty of room for 4 couples or a large family to stay comfortably, have privacy and enjoy time together - dining room table is awesome! The neighborhood is quiet and safe-not as quick a trip to downtown as we thought because there are ALOT of people enjoying Chicago! The only thing to know in advance is this is a 3rd floor apt. and definitely worth all the stairs, but if stairs are an issue for you, then this is not your place. And parking on the street is a real challenge-but free! We didn’t mind the walk down the street to get to and from our car, but if you need parking to be close and accessible, it probably is not your place. We would definitely choose to stay again!
