The house was clean and the location was great! We were close to the Sky Valley golf course and the sound of the bells from the chapel were beautiful! We were able to bring our dogs which is a huge plus for us. Overall, we had a great experience and would come back!

Saddleback Retreat was everything we could have asked for and more! The house is spacious and inviting, stocked with lots of extras. Communication with Steve was always prompt and informative. The check in and check out instructions were clear and easy to follow. The area is quiet and we enjoyed the firepit immensely. The spacious floorplan and location make this a fantastic place for a family vacation.

We had a lovely long weekend at this nice property. We enjoyed the views from the deck, literally from sunrise to sunset! We had friends over for dinner one night (the kitchen is nicely equipped) and had s'mores for dessert down by the fire pit! The evening was enjoyed by all. My husband and I stayed in the King Bedroom on the upper floor and the bed was very comfy. The owner was so gracious and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time on our stay at this beautiful house. We loved that the main level did not have any stairs. The main level has three bedrooms. One with a private bath and the other two share a hall bath. Each level has a complete kitchen and living room. Each level also has a beautiful deck. Two of the bedrooms were in the basement. Each of those had a private bath. The owner has a dehumidifier in the basement to help reduce the musty smell. As long as the dehumidifier was running the musty smell was not bad. If we forgot to empty the dehumidifier before we went to bed each night, we would wake up in the morning and it would be musty.The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. The roads are well paved leading to the house. The view is wonderful. We will definitely try to stay there again if we have another family gathering in this area.

Enjoyed our fall visit to Sky Valley. This house met most of our needs with a large group. Bedrooms are roomy and bathrooms updated. Outdoor fire pit was fun and decks have plenty of seating. Living areas were adequate but on smaller side.

Peaceful paradise

We stayed in this lovely property for a weekend conference/ webinar. It exceeded our expectations and was very cozy and relaxing. Ample room for meals and sleeping arrangements for six guests in a well equipped house.

Wonderful stay

This was our second time staying at this beautiful home. Everything was great. We had a large group and it was so nice to be able to spread out. The weather was phenomenal. Loved having coffee on the back deck every morning. We will be back for sure. I can’t recommend it enough.

There are properties that the pictures overstate the conditions of the house, but this was quite the opposite. This rental was roomy, clean, easily accessible, and convenient. The host was also communicative and helpful! I would stay here again, no questions asked, and that to me is the sign of a great place!
