Peaceful and spacious "beach" house, heated pool and outdoor movie theater, arcade, 7 beds in 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a couch & recliners.

2 miles from sandy beaches of Belleair & close to many award winning, world famous beaches.

Walking distance to the intercoastal stores, restaurants, bars & coffee shops.

Located between Clearwater Beach, Sand Key, Indian Rocks, Madeira, Treasure Island and St Pete Beaches.

Unwind by the pool, grill in the yard, or grab the beach toys from the shed & go!

Located between Clearwater Beach, Sand Key, Indian Rocks, Madeira, Treasure Island and St Pete Beaches. Family-friendly neighborhood with little traffic - allowing you to take walks with the family through the little towns of Largo and Belleair.

Free parking up to 5 vehicles on the driveway. Walking / biking / driving.
Strictly no loud noise after 10 pm. No large groups (more than 10 guests) without prior approval.

Absolutely no parties, and no noise after 10pm.


The pool area does not come with a lifeguard or a child safety fence, the guest assumes all liability in regards to pool use. The pool heater is only available in winter months, and is $25 per day for the entire length of the stay once activated.

Absolutely no smoking inside the house.

Must clean up after your pets if you bring them and please do not allow them on the beds or couch. Maximum 2 pet at any given time. Pet must be 20lbs or less. $99 per pet fee applies. No aggressive pet breeds allowed.

All adult guests in the party must turn in a photo of their IDs thru messages prior to check in. Failure to do so will result in cancelation without refund.

Perfect location

Wonderful week staying at this property. Was central to many of the beaches and an easy drive. The pool was an amazing amenity and we utilized it a lot with young kids. The owners were quick to respond when needed and amazing hosts. Would definitely stay here again.

This is our summer house that we love and enjoy very much as a family. When not in use, we like to share it with guests, so they can experience our beautiful Tampa Bay and its gorgeous beaches at a cozy "beach" house.

What makes this property unique

From the heated pool, to a separate kids loft / bedroom on the second floor, this house will mesmerize you from the first moment you step in. Walking distance from the intercoastal waterways and less than two miles to sandy beaches of Belleair (and just a few minutes Uber ride from Indian Rocks, Sand Key and Clearwater Beach).
