Please be out by 10am sharp on checkout, the cleaning take a very long time and we need ample time. We cannot allow early check-ins or late check-outs

Trash: Monday evening - Blue and Green cans. Thursday evening -Green cans. Yard/pool/pest control reps are allowed to and enter the backyard and patio

Perfect location

Wonderful week staying at this property. Was central to many of the beaches and an easy drive. The pool was an amazing amenity and we utilized it a lot with young kids. The owners were quick to respond when needed and amazing hosts. Would definitely stay here again.

This is our summer house that we love and enjoy very much as a family. When not in use, we like to share it with guests, so they can experience our beautiful Tampa Bay and its gorgeous beaches at a cozy "beach" house.

From the heated pool, to a separate kids loft / bedroom on the second floor, this house will mesmerize you from the first moment you step in. Walking distance from the intercoastal waterways and less than two miles to sandy beaches of Belleair (and just a few minutes Uber ride from Indian Rocks, Sand Key and Clearwater Beach).
